Too bad experiences many times as they never update the status on real time basis. Instead they use to keep the parcel/couriers with them after receiving from outstation without updating. Also they use to reschedule delivery TIME without contacting the recipient for next day OR onwards. For me somehow I tracked for last recipient and found them, then they accepted that parcel with them and they generally use to deliver on Saturday for some areas.

Best and most comfortable courier service. The boss man in the office was polite and helpful. Processing didnt take any time and the prices were also reasonable.

Very late delivery. 21 Dec 19 booked item not even deliver till today 25 Dec 19.very pathetic service. Item already in delivery courier office since 23 Dec 19 but not deliver to addressee.They dont have the time for deliver the item.

Here you can easily send your gift and parcel with DTDC. Amount is sufficient and send the parcel on time.
