I apologize if I am wrong, you need a barista and you must show respect and give me due attention. You should be glad that your vacancy was answered, and not gone to get a job with competitors.I didn’t have any work experience, but since the job vacancy didn’t indicate that experience was required, I didn’t consider it an obstacle. I have been trained in barista courses and can prepare classic espresso-based coffee drinks. I have relevant knowledge about the origin and geography of coffee, about the differences in types of coffee, processing, roasting coffee, etc. Instead of drawing attention to this, this gentleman noted with a mockery that he did not put these courses in anything and with a heavy sigh added that it would be necessary to teach me everything from scratch. To my objection, he decided to arrange an exam for me. I answered the questions without difficulty, to which he rolled his eyes and with all his appearance made me understand that I was ignorant. When asked what I said wrong, he again rolled his eyes meaningfully and let out a chuckle. The complete master did not consider it necessary to do this, which made me understand that the knowledge was in place, but he initially did not like me and he could not accept my innocence.I got the impression that this man is deeply unhappy and may not have been popular with girls in childhood or adolescence, and now in this way he is playing out for his grievances against the girls who come to get a job at this coffee shop. Behind his pompous importance and rudeness hides an insecure little girl. Man, listen to her and release her already, it’s not solid somehow. In our modern world, such people are called toxic and something needs to be done about it.The training, by the way, lasts two months and the first two weeks, according to the author, they test the employees for strength - the duties include, as I understood, the duties of a cleaner. And then I got an insight why the coffee shop was so uncomfortable and dirty. Apparently, for a long time there were no spineless trainees who would take this dirt out of the table for lordly crumbs. I understand that keeping the workplace clean is the responsibility of a barista, but saving money on employees and taking advantage of the naivete and inexperience of trainees who perform the duties of a cleaner is at least not fair. Apparently, not all trainees pass the strength test and leave, and the barista vacancy in this coffee shop appears unreasonably often.The website of the coffee shop says “We do not have a division into a barista, cashier, janitor, table cleaner or anyone else. The chief himself, when on shift does not shy away from washing the toilet and taking out the trash.
