Fraudulent winni team. I have ordered personalised photo cake but received cartoon cake, i raised complaint and talked with customer support but no solution and response was provided, neither my order was replaced nor my money was refunded, customer support executive was so rude, he cut my call and was literally blaming me, he used unpleasant wrong words. So pathetic service and they are scamming people. Hope nobody will use this app in future.

I had ordered a cake for my grandpa on his birthday, it was all fresh, tasty and yummy! Plus, the icing on the cake is, it was delivered on time. You can surely opt for using their website to send cakes to your loved ones or even order one for yourself. They are just great!!! ❤️

Bad experience..customer service keeps on hold and disappear and asked to track the order. The representative is either clueless of the information od does not understand the requirement. Order placed and delivery date mentioned to make it special for the occasion. But the same is ruined as the order is delayed as the representative ends up saying its mentioned on our website that the order placed by you will take 10-12 days..THANK YOU WINNI FOR RUINING OUR SPECIAL OCCASION..there is no point on taking orders in case you guys are not sure to get the stuff delivered..WHAT YOU GUYS HAVE DELIVERED IS NOT WHAT IS POSTED ON YOUR WEBSITE. CHARGING 800 BUCKS AND THIS IS WHAT YOU GUYS HAVE SENT AFTER THE DELAY..

Absolutely terrible and pathetic service. They were supposed to deliver our order yesterday on the eve of Mothers Day and they didnt. I have e-mailed them regarding the situation but have received no response. I also tried their phone line, but they either cut the call or just dont pick up. Worst of all, we already paid them the money in advance and they havent refunded us. Theyre no-good fraudsters who cant run a decent customer service, much less a legitimate business. Save your money, folks, and dont even think about giving these con-artists your money.

These guys are crooks just don’t get carried away by the reviews. Had ordered a cake and gift on my sister’s 50 th bday which was yesterday.they made a mess out of it by not delivering the products at all despite giving assurance.For midnight delivery they even charged extra still they didn’t deliver. Their numbers on site are useless and machine operated so you are not able to get across to anyone who can actually respond..I paid Re 1498 and my products are nowhere so far

Bad Bad Bad & Worst Experience Ever.(1) I have ordered cake today between 11 to 11:30 PM but I have received cake by 6:30 PM. For this special slot timing i have paid 250 rs extra and the time on what they have delivered a gift its in free delivery time zone. I have ordered cake today to celebrate tomorrow bday at midnight.(2) I have ordered Cadbury Celebrations pack and I have received KitKat pack of 10 piece of rs 10 each and they have charged me 269 for Cadbury celebration pack. its completely not acceptable they are making full out of u guys.(3) I have asked for special message on cake in a note that note too was not printed correctly half of the portion was missing.If you guys dont want to deliver a good product and things in a time I would urge you stop making full out of everyone and stop running your business.I would like to ask everyone to stop ordering gifts or anything from Winni because its really fake and not trust worthy persons.Save your money and time and order your gifts and food from other good outlets. shame on you guys.

I was informed it will be delivered before 6 pm.When I called again, I was informed that it will be delivered 9 pm or so.I dont want after 6 pm.No one bothered to inform.Executive said no cancellation, no refund, no timely delivery..Very bad service.I will put your reviews everywhere and file FIR.I refuse to eat from your company and refuse to take late delivery.Cancel and refund for your own good.Or face action.

I have a bitter experience. I ordered a cake flowers and chocolate. Flowers is good but cake is not up to mark. Its testless only cream inside. No base. I buy a rosser ferrero chocolate its 529 on label and charged me in bills 900 something. AAtleast refund my cake money

Didnt plan to write this review, but after my great experience with Winni Cake, I feel compelled to share my poor experience with Winni Cake. My husband ordered an expensive birthday cake from Winni Cake. First, the icing was cheap and amateurish at best. Second, the cake was also very very very cheap and not very tasty.I will never use this bakery again and will not recommend it to anyone else.And the customer service is terrible... They didnt delivered the cake on time... It was delivered after birthday... First they said they will refund the delivery charges and with that give complementary chocolates as discount... But we didnt get anything..No chocolates and no refund.... Very bad experience... We will never recommend Winni Cakes to anyone

The worst experience ever.. DO NOT DO BUISNESS WITH THEM .. Their customer service is very rude no manners and they literally fight with u .. I had place an order with that put the pin code wrong and they wanted to charge me a fee for correcting the zip code. I spoke to a representative Rahul who informed me that my order will be cancelled and I will get a app credit so I went ahead with 2nd order .. they very conveniently the processed both the orders whiteout cancelling my 1st one.. so I ended up paying double for my order .
