I have requested a order on 30 July and you promised you delivered my order on 31 st July.. Because 31st on her birthday so I ordered on 30st..but you delivered the cake on 1 Aug.. This is very pathetic service provided by you. I m ordered floweraura just because u promised me u delivered the cake on time.. But your service is very delayed.. I will never again order from your site.. I also tell my friends nd family never trust to floweraura.. It is a cheater company.. Floweraura never delivered on time.. I never recommend to any one floweraura.. We have substitute options for floweraura who will deliver on time.. Very pathetic and very poor service provided by you..

I ordered two sets of Rakhis and they were to be delivered on 30th Jul 2020. I tried follow up via multiple ways, Tried calling them, started chatbot, sent them email, twitter and instagram but all in vain. I still havent received any update on my orders. Finally i had to order rakhi via amazon.
