I ordered donuts, they look bad and They taste Horrible. I cant believe they gave me STALE DONUTS, you cant even eat them they have a stink to it. They have asked me to heat it and even after that it Tastes horrible. I cant believe someone can be so careless.You guys are charging around 420 rupees for 6 donuts which are gone bad.

We stumbled upon this cake shop for desserts and came back to it again and again for the taste. I ordered a designer cake for my daughters 1st birthday just a day before the actual date of her birthday and they delivered it on time. I wanted it at 7.30 in the morning and they opened the shop specially for us to deliver the cake on time. Kudos to that.Cake was designed perfectly and same as the image i had discussed with them. I ordered a pot shaped cake but they gave a completely flat shape cake... I even asked them before placing the order either they will be able to the do the detailings or not... They said yes... The cake was completely different... Not only this... They were not even accepting their mistake that the elements in cake has to be in 3D.... They were continously convencing me that it is the same design.. How can a pot have a flat surface...??Not only this... I placed a order with dry ice... Previously they said yes... But last minute they denied to provide me dry ice...It was a worst experience ever... Cake was not worth at all.

Worst experience so far. They were not even ready to accept mistake. I ordered fondant cake half kg the design shown was square n I was charged 850 rupees for half kg cake and it was supposed to be fondant cake. What I got was round shape and it was no where similar what was shown. as I couldnt visit the shop and cake was taken by my family member they couldnt check anything. I called the shop and the owner was not ready to accept any of her mistake instead she said you were in hurry so couldnt tell what could be done and what not. I mean seriously you know the exact design cant be done you dont courtesy to message or call? Secondly when I asked to share the picture of what she has shown in shop she sent n then deleted when I said I will put reviews. Attached the images. Worst part is she didnt even realised that she charged me 850 rupees for just small fondant butterfly. The picture she showed in shop atleast had base of fondant I didnt get a fondant cake all I got was cream cake with fondant butterfly

Worst Experience with 7th Heaven Bakery located in Gokulpeth, NagpurI placed my order with the owner on 5th March, 2019, and at the time of my order she said, I have not spoken to you, I have a banquet, I have a taste of my taste, and all my fates, and I placed my order with sample picture of the cake Next day one of my employee named me and I was in a very urgent meeting at my office and she started getting me a cake, I did not see anything, and I did not know what to do with the taste, so that I can not change my mind. I do not even feel that my opinion is wrong, within 15mins i called her back, and I do not know what I want to cancel my order, she said sorry to get her phone from the phone and let me know. Tha apko lag gaya please cancel mat kareye ... so i said I did not change anything, I did not say anything yet ... I still doubt that I did not log in again and again I called her saying that I am canceling the order. When I asked her to cancel my order and give me back my refund amount she said apko refund no hoga within 15days apko 500 / - If you want to buy something, you can buy some of the same things as you like. Nahi hai .... and when I got it, I got it and I said that I will complaint to police to wolt the owner of the phone, and I said madam ap jaise baatin ho usse to lag If you do not have money, then you will not be able to buy me, I have to pay a penny of money, you do not even have to pay me a memorandum, but I have also mentioned that 500 / - advance.So bad lady has never met in my life, his attitude is ridiculous, she also has not understood how to talk and deal with the customers.
