Not professional at all, theyll just try to fool customers on call and wont even repair as discussed. They dont really communicate the issue briefly and would cook up some random story. In the end I received my laptop not functional and damaged my laptop body with screws coming out from the other side. I planned my visit based on google reviews but NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL.Hope to warn others about this

I dont know how this has such a high rating. Worst quality service ever. Half of my laptop screws were missing after the service and they even forgot to put the ethernet port. I had to visit again just for that and even after they did it was still loose.

Got my asus laptop repaired here for Screen replacement. Contacted them on call. Sent my laptop details on whatsapp got approximate cost for repair. Visited their office, they have good safety measures in regard of COVID-19. The service was very quick as well. Submitted my laptop in morning and received in the evening. Very cost efficient and was near to the approx value they provided. Quality work, my laptop screen is working fine. Would definitely recommend.

Great Service and the staff is very helpful, had a motherboard and display related issue with my laptop, visited the shop in the morning and requested them to try to repair ASAP(as I was traveling to my hometown). They handed over the laptop in the evening and repair is done at a reasonable cost.

I gave my laptop for fresh OS installation. I had Windows 10 Home pre installed on my laptop. This place completely screwed it up, took 2 days to return my laptop and that too with a pirated copy of windows 10 pro. When I complained about the issue, they took my laptop again for 2 days and installed Windows 10 H2 (Home) version using KMSpico(Key Management System pico) (KMSpico is used for pirated activation of Windows). Utter rubbish service, they lie to your face.Also, when I initally called them they quoted me a fee of 400 rs, when the laptop got repaired, they charged me 1000 rs. Unprofessional Staff.

I had my Dell laptop repaired here in Sept 2021 , the hard drive was shot , so it had to be replaced , so I contacted them and enquired about it & the repair cost, and about how I could recover my data from the wasted hard drive , the repair was quick but I had to make 2 trips for the lost data , now with the new ssd installed the laptop works great .The repair cost was reasonable and the service was good .
