Bank employees not attending calls, or visiting baranch office not handling costomers
Not Supporting Staff All staff are Lazy And Have Attitude Also One of the Useless Branch
Not supporting staff.. they didnt even answer your questions and showing that they are busy in some other work .. and if you ask them again they answerd you rudely...Need to cleanup these old staff.. no energy in body language...I thik COI can get much efficient employees even in half salary which they are paying to old staff ..
Okay.so i called on the given number regarding some issues and the guy was so rude;they dont even have courtesy to solve your issues AND listen to you and calls you to bank again and again!!?issues must be resolved in 1 or 2 visits.People have lives to run and havent got time to visit your office again and again.i would rather change the bank.WORST EMPLOYEES EVER!!.
