If you are a Retailer it may be maynot be helpful for you but as a customer dont buy any product.They are good till u buy after that everythings changes.If there is any problem or query their simple answer is visit our shop.While buying they didnt tell me that they are not service provider as a customer if they are installing we will think they are service provider.If any problem came no guarantee of response.And i compared from other supplier the rates are same so we cant even call them wholesaler.so my recommendation will be to avoid and purchase from those shopkeepers who have installed camera at home/offices within ur frnds relatives so that u can get a gud idea.Today business is not of competition, it is of service u provide to customer.

Worst business n marketing ethics. First they say buy from us, we will give instant service after you buy product from them. And once u buy any product from them, n if u call them for service, they tell u whole service rate card. Also if u say Im ready to pay the service charge, they say u call someone if its urgent or pay double the service amount, then only their technicians will come.I had a very very bad and worsest experience from this shop. They talk so rudely after you buy products from them. And service zero. Bad working ethics. I think we all should complain in government customer cell.
