Multi utility commercial and residential complex. there are shops at ground floor, small hall on fifth floor which is suitable for small gathering and functions. The prominent location of the building is advantage. few private offices are also there. On ground floor there is a pan shop, electrical shop, stationary shop and an internet cafe.

As the building is very close to VNIT Campus, youth of the Campus can be seen gathered around. The building contains well known offices and academies one of those is Academy of Broadcasting and I have done one course over there so know very well. Stairs and Lifts are very helpful.
