Maitryi complex is a newly come up apartment in that area. The area is sparcely populated and houses are less occupied. Such isolation is a cocern for security issues for singles and small families especially for females and elderly ones. The flats are costing reasonably but remoteness doesnt allow it to get sold off, though the constructors say all are sold out except the two three flat being shown to you. Manybhave purchased and maintained it locked for occupational density, may be there investment is for business purposes to sell later with a good chunk of earning. The complexes have lifts & builders say that after all flats are sold out residents need to form the otganisation for their own maintenaces. builder will not be maintaining it once sold out.
