We stayed there as part of our transit travel from Bangalore to Delhi. This hotel is in an ideal location (not too far inside the city yet good service). Starting from the staff to the infra, there is a need for refresh ASAP. Everyone is well behaved, yet when you think of a 5 star property, you expect some fresh faces..Rooms are old and in serious need of upgrade. Main door lock did not work and I was too tired to complain about it.Breakfast was good as was the in-room dining.Overall a nice stay but given the quality of the infra, charge was a bit on the higher side.

Cant give lesser star. They gave a very downgraded type of room in which basic toiletries were also not kept. The Mattress was wet. I checked in at around 8 pm. It took them almost 1 hour to change the room. The staff came and wanted to flip the mattress instead of changing the mattress or room. They were short of staff and boasted of being fully booked. They lied initially telling that no other room is available however once I raised the issue they changed the room. I asked for slippers which came to the room after around one hour of constant reminders. The food menu is limited and not good. the packed breakfast given was not upto the mark. Totally not worth the price. Do not stay here

The name Pride itself is enough to command an extraordinary review. They are slowly regathering their momentum which takes a bit sometimes but I guess a few leaks can still be fixed here and there. Overall, a generous guest wont regret harnessing the services this hotel, given its location. The staff its commendable as it has always been. Highly recommended to someone looking for a luxury stay in close to a get away spot (the airport).

Right outside the airport. Nice and spacious rooms and surprisingly not pocket denting. Had all the basic amenities plus refrigerator and bathtub as well. The only thing lacking, a minor issue, was the lack of some channels on the set top box. Otherwise a pleasant stay.

Hotel is very nice . Customer service is amazing but when it came to in room dinning and ordering food i found the staff bit casual while talking . It could have been more professional.Else where everything is amazing.Food was really tasty ,rooms were nice and the best part just walking distance to airport .

The construction of top two floors is pretty old. At first they gave us a room which was conjoined with the next room through a door and we were able to hear even the faintest sound from the other room but they did change out room on request.Breakfast buffet was good.

Last month we booked Hotel Pride for my Wedding. Service was very poor, during the wedding there was a POWER CUT and Hotel didnt had backup.Lunch was not started on time.poor staff service. Initially manager will be very soft and polite and on the day they wont listen to you. The worst part is Decoration they dont allow outside decorator and their decorator will charge you big amount and provide you poor quality and if you complaint he will start abusing you. As there is only one decorator you have to pay him whatever he charges you and you left with no option. Also for decoration ideas you get very limited one. After all this mess Pride staff will send you a sorry cake and a voucher.But your Big Day is spoiled. You cant get those moments again. So please Dont book for the BIG DAY. Imagine a power cut on the wedding day.Worst experience.

The staff in the hotel are very approachable, welcoming and polite.It was an amazing experience as i was given a little surprise by a staff Mr. Devendra by making a very beautiful towel art as a birthday surprise .I would like to appreciate his dedication towards the job and making every stay a memorable one . The place is kept clean and neat.3. Its peaceful and no disturbance4. Te wifi works well.5. Breakfast has lots of variety you will definitely find something to eatCons1. The lights can be less if you are lover of bright rooms2. Food was not satisfactory. It can take more than an hour to deliver. There isnt anything around to eat. You cannot swiggy here.3. There was no hot water in the shower.4. Lines most of the times are busy.. So you may have to try multiple times

Hello,I am usually very lazy to write a feedback but what happened today really made me happy and I was over-whelmed by the sweet little effort of Mr.Devendra sir.So,I was having a very tough day today and was feeling very negative and suddenly my door bell rang and there was this sweet little surprise by Mr.Devendra sir he made Ganpati ji out of towel and decorated it with flowers and leafs.I asked him among all the rooms why did you choose my room ? He replied its all what Ganpati bappa wanted and I felt so good and that positive energy suddenly in me..! Thanks a lot Mr devendra sir for sending me positive energy.

I stayed for one night in August. Hotel looks nice and is the closest to the airport, may be about 10-15 minutes walk. Hospitality was nice,so was staff behavious. But, I feel, housekeeping need to be a little better considering the fact that its is a star category hotel. The bed linen, although clean did not look crispy especially the pillows. It is very much possible that there may be staff shortage in this pandemic situation. But, I am drawing attention of the management to this issue. Although, I am not complaining, they charged me Rs 350 plus tax for dropping to the airport, which is so close by. In two previous occasions of my stay at the hotel, the wirport pick and drop was complimentary. I was told that my booking through MakeMyTrip has no such provision. But, as cutomers, we are not aware of such fine points. Earlier too, I did booking through the same channel and then called up the hotel for airport pick up, which was done promptly. This may be a small issue but may affect guest relations.

I had book a banquet hall for conference but what they told on call on the conference day they gave another hall due to miss communication between there staff. Their service is very very pathetic even calling for water they take half hour. Not a proper management for anything .very very pathetic service.

Pathetic service, staff not concerned about guest.I visited Pride hotel ,Nagpur on 5 Aug 2021 , as I entered the room ,I switched on the tv to watch some movie since there was pandemic goin on ,I didnt want to go out ... However most of the channels were unavailable to watch .I called the reception and asked to send a technician to address the issue ,however the technician said that the channels are not a part of the booking made ,so less channels will be available .I called up reception and asked to send me the list of channels that should be available to watch since it was a company booking .All the listed channels were still not available to watch .After struggling for with this issue from 1700 to 2200 hrs, the staff told me they will fix it ,however it was not fixed .I later called the staff to check ,they said it done but it was not .The next day also channels were not available .All the staff ignored my call ,no1 addressed this issue .

Reception Hall is good. Decoration was also sophisticated, ample of parking space; still people park their vehicles on the road. One have to think over it. Rest, Catering staff was polite and helpful. Food,the feeling of Maharashtra was missing. I wonder if it could be more spicy.

Hotel is situated very close to the airport and is well connected with rest of the city through the Metro train.I had a very pleasant stay at the property. Checkin was swift and the rooms are spacious and well maintained. The buffet breakfast has a good spread and the staff goes out of the way to cater you.Housekeeping service is also good and very prompt. I can definitely stay again if I’m visiting Nagpur in near future.

Everything is at best!!First of all preeti, than supreeti at desk, Calm Jitu sir and Ravi sir at night!!No doubt about the staff, room, food, etc.What made me upset is the decorator pride hotel provides,I was not satisfied with what i paid to him although pride hotel was not directly involved in the deal,But i wud only go with pride for further programs if they allow me other decorator of my choice.We decided one thing in decoration and what was final output was 50 percent what was finalised.And work was also not durable i can share pics of how my brides entry was looking bad coz the phoolon ki chadar we were given started dismantling itself only while it was in the use for brides entrance, it can also be seen in pics clearly.So i have no complaint about the hotel but for marriage functions they should allow other decorator to work and i wud suggest everyone here to ask sujit sir for this, neither others option one should perfer.And other than decoration, one can hardly get service like pride hotel anywhere in nagpur.

Pride Hotel is our go to hotel when in Nagpur because of its proximity to the airport. It’s literally a 2 min walk from the airport. Apart from this the hotel is pretty much a standard four star property with some decent rooms and good food.

One of the worst experience I had in a 5-STAR We were traveling from Hyderabad and took a pitstop at Nagpur. We only had to stay for 6 hours, we chose the best so that there is no problem in our check in. One of us had a local id proof as it was not updated to my new resendential location. The staff told only one of us could check in. We literally begged them to help us accommodate as it was just for 6 hours, but we were being treated as if we were some local nuances here to stay. Staff was rude and not at all helping. We checked in almost midnight after driving and they did not even showed an intent to help us. At the end we could not cancel, Please dont come here!worst ever!Everything. Staff. Hotel. Process.

Affordable 5* property in nagpur

Great property. Very well maintained. Friendly staff. The best part is that this is located right opposite to the airport, infact the closest hotel to the airport. Even the delux rooms are spacious and clean. They have in room dining as well. They have a basement in the ground floor. Ample parking available. There is a metro station right across the road. Overall, it makes it a very popular hotel. Would surely recommend.

Positives: Room was good and extremely spacious ( deluxe). Clean and hygiene is maintained throughout the hotel. In fact at the counter while you check in they will not give you used pen to sign.. The hotel ambience is good and well maintained hotel at nagpur for family to stay.Food is good to taste even though the variations are limited.Buffet spread of morning breakfast is good.Cons: everytime you take a room service of ordering food or beverage they wont take your sign but have the instant payment. Although this isnt harmful but feels like a trust issues.. I personally felt that customers should not be bothered so many times for petty things.

Good hotel for stay.

Pride hotel, Nagpur had many similarities with Marriott Hyderabad. The upkeep was immaculate. The room was spacious and it also had a attached Washroom which can be see through if you want Also,the staf was super friendly. The room fare was around 3K but the Manager asked for 4K

Overall stay was good and breakfast was also awesome. Rooms were sanitized and clean. They also have pleasant staff. They treat you very well and check in procedure is also fast. 1 star less as the checkin time is 2 pm which is very late.

Perfect for solo female travellerI recently visited Nagpur just after the Lockdown. I was very sceptical about my stay in the hotel. I was worried about the guidelines. Would it be safe to stay in a hotel after covid?But when I went to the hotel, my all worries vanished. I found that the staff was very particular about the sanitization. They made the check in progress zero touch. The whole staff was wearing gloves, mask and face shield.Food was good, I loved the location. It is just opposite the entrance of the airport. Very good place to stay before the flight.
