If one tries to replace the product within 3 days of purchase one must be allowed to do so. This chain didnt which provides even more reason to shop online.Reason of replacement: Didnt like the color of product the next day.

Due to the lockdown we all try to avoid visiting the stores. This store says its open but I guess not. They an operational landline which they dont pick up. Cant believe they have one of the best brand and yet so poorly managed. Will definitely alert all my friends to think before they visit.

The showroom is huge. I wanted a demo for the new top-of-the-line WH-1000XM3 headphones. The salesperson was very polite and cooperative.

This Sony store sells used/ex-demo products as new at the price of new equipment, got a Xperia Z series handset which was repaired more than a year ago of purchase date (reviled through service center quotation when I submitted it for under-warranty repair) , Music System also have years of gap between manufacturing/import and purchase, demo unit dispersed after my purchase from the store, I might have got the demo unit delivered by them at my home. As a exclusive Sony store its bad practice of fooling the buyer.
