Amazing Dolby Digital Sound, High-definition Screen, luxurious seats, spic and span washrooms, best-in-class service, chilling air-conditioner, well-maintained, neat and hygiene corridors, delicious snacks and drinks. Although prices maybe High, but when compared to other Metro cities, it is still less, but the experience is too good.PVR cinemas was epic adventure with my family and friends.. it was great enjoyingg ..Loved the place and enjoyed the place very much...Was an adorable day..

The main good think in Empress mall is PVR. Sound quality, sitting arrangement is good. Enjoy movies try it.

Mall is quite large but their are many things which need to be improved*Tiles not clean*Cheap food sellers in 3rd floor*People begging in ground floor always asking to use massaga machines, fish spa,kids games which annoys a lot*More brands need their*Toilets are not at all clean*Lifts not work always*More food stores are required*Whats the meaning of such a large mall but a dumb mall*If someone is going here for buying clothes i reccomend to go trilium its better .

This PVR is located in Empress mall 3 rd floor. Normally it’s hectic and crowded during weekend. You will find sharp decline in prices on Monday to Thursday. You can book tickets from book my show and many get with many offers. Normally cold drinks and pop corn cost more than overall cost of movie.😜. Since it’s location is in Empress mall there is no safety issue. You can keep your helmet at the entrance for nominal chargeOverall it’s nice experience and our favourite weekend destination.

Those ones whove visited the PVR would find similarity in my review. The feeling is awesome inside the hall thanks to the great sound-system and picture quality. I personally felt the sound system great. Seating is comfortable so as not to mention it. The place is clean and suave. If youre a first-timer, the PVR is on the left side of the third floor. Go with friends and family or with anyone you want to😃😀.

The washrooms are not taken a good care of. The movie experience is very good. It is a variety mall where many standard stores are there. It is a spacious mall. Food services are okay.

Clean specially bathrooms, good and recliner is there food and drinks available all time which will fresh! There are two PVR cinemas in Nagpur one at Eternity mall Variety square and Empress mall near cotton market.

The place is good and all the facilities are nice washrooms are clean , canteen is nice but the main problem that mostly people face is to reach at the pvr from parking because of the lift service due to which many people miss the start of the movie.so mostly people avoid booking tickets in this theatre . It is good for couples who wants privacy . Overall the place is good.

By far the best cinema experience youll get in Nagpur. Just a suggestion for PVR, you guys need to improve your showtimes for English language movies & it needs more shows rather than having 5 shows for Hindi dubbed & 1show for English. There are many people who still likes watching it in a pure form & not in dubbed version.

The PVR Cinemas are always a first choice for most of the people due to variety of shows at PVR. Regional language movies are listed normally only at PVR .PVR Cinemas are well maintained inside and has reasonable pricing.

PVR empress Mall is on the top floor of empress Mall which is near the Gandhi Sagar lake.. the place is quite spacious and hygienic. A good experience to enjoy movies with your loved one..

The auditorium is very good. It has got a very nice sound system. You can enjoy both 3D and 2D movies in the theater. It has got a high food rates( well its a PVR so itll be) so you should go there if you have a good cash in your pocket😅😅. Anyways just kidding the place is very nice and clean and you will enjoy watching movies😊😊.

It is approximate more than 500 metre for from railway station, Nagpur. Parking place has changed due to lock down . There is a regular checkup of temperature before entering into the mall. No food restaurant is opened yet. Very few shops are open. Some shops of 2nd floor are still under construction. 20 rupees charge for bike parking. Washrooms are operational.

Mall is like deserted place, few people can be found on Gnd & 1st floor rest mostly empty.Movie hall is good & standard.

One of the best place to watch movies. Best sound quality. Bt sometimes bad 3d glasses. Other than that it has all the best services they can provide. Although the popcorn are a bit costly but if you are visiting PVR then its must have thing. The seats are comfortable also the air conditioner is pretty good.

The experience was satisfactory. The lights, seats, AC temperature comfortable but 3D movies and sound system is not upto the mark. Overall theatre is good for ordinary movies not for 3D or VFX effects.

Amazing experience! Watched a movie and spent hours to explore the mall- you can spend a complete day shopping and having fun.There is a food zone with a wide variety of food items to choose from. Ample parking space is available but you might face some issues before reaching here because of the metro construction work. The roads here were already busy and the construction work has made them narrower than before. But once you reach the destination, you would love to be there.

Very very Worst Experience Ever. There is no Facility for luggage stand and lack of Security guards manners(rude); I personally had to manage my Luggage.In this time period I and My Friends have to Wait for me Outside the Cinema Hall for around 20 minutes debating with Security Guard over my Luggage. Very Poor service.

3rd class Employment service. Who keeps delaying customer for their Movie, weve movie on 5:45 p.m., I reached at 6:05 and they body checking staff keeps arguing me about my hand bad, I have a suggestion to teach them how to behave with their customers and apart from arguing they should have thought pf a way in benifit of both parties.We are very angry for because we had missed our quarter part of movie because of the misbehavior of staff present on 18/03/2019 at 6:10 p.m.Incident happend on 18/03/2019. Nagpur Empress City PVR, 3rd Floor from 6:10 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.,

Too nice place to visit for movies... there are 5 to 6 screens... they have 3D screens also... snacks are also sold there... service is too good... snacks can be serviced to you in hall also that too on your seat... but the price is too high for food stuffs... rest all is great... clean washrooms and cold water for drinking... on 3rd floor at empress mall... u can visit here with family or friends...

It was quite great. It has a good ambiance well equipped sanitary wares. A quite good F&B availability. All though seating inside is quite good. Well classy chairs having sliding comfort. Air conditioned hall. Good screen and amazing sound. Spacious it is.

PVR is in Empress Mall. The Mall is not at all maintained but comparatively PVR is well maintained. I love at atmosphere at PVR. Staff is also cooperative. Helmet storage facility is also there. Toilets are also neat and clean. You can also find standard public at PVR in comparison to other multiplex in Nagpur, which also matters alot. There is scope of improvement, so 4 star rating.

Horrible washrooms! Yes thats exactly what is there. Even the flooring is not done properly you can feel the tile moving when you step into it, not all but many of them. Escalators are never working. But yes you can get a number of outlets to shop from. Just go to the washroom before you leave for this place 😁

Road to the movie theatre is a big hassle,specially think twice before going to late night shows here with family. Very few and poorly maintained elevators thats also moving slow.Visitors are forced to wait too long to use it. Escalaters dont work.Dirty stairs to go from ground floor to basement,looks like housekeeping job is not available at all.Poor elevators, No escalators, Dirty stairs - how does one reach the PVR screens?The parking goons charge you hefty parking fees and your parking receipt will be taken back while leaving parking lot to hide the income from parking fees.Nagpur deserves better than this.In case of any emergency there,no easy escape so I decided we are never going to the PVR at Empress mall again.The whole complex is not a well planned and properly maintained place,still its upper floors are not in use means definitely the complex lacks some permissions from authorities.

I never visited this place in empress mall. Movie tickets are higher than rest of the movie theaters. If your salary is not that high dont go there and find some other good place to watch movie. INOX is best.

The Mall is Huge and has got no of facilities.The facilities include starting from entrance pay and park,Wheel chair accessible entrance,Escalator and lift(elevator) also available. It includes 5 auditoriums which has 5 screens which shows the movies at different intervals.The wash room of the PVR is Very Impressive and there is no such thing of crowd there.The environment is also ecofriendly and lot of space to enjoy however money is Needed accordingly. Other things include shops of salons, ghost house,clothes,gamezone etc.

This is where the fun begins!!!Cool place to hang out with your loved once.Auditoriums are just fine, nothing fancy. Sitting is comfortable. Screens are bit small but experience is compensated by quality sound.Once or twice I was very disappointed because of people kept arriving after show started and their noise and lights was so irritating.I would say their punctuality performance could be improved. But as of 2018 end this multiplex is best you can get in Nagpur.

Movie quality was good. Overall everything was good...just the exit way was dirty... please keep it clean, as you keep the front gate n other places.... otherwise everything was perfect.Happy to visit🙂

Poorly maintained mall. PVR is good and well maintained. I had to visit also because it has a VR studio on 3rd floor which my daughter loves. AC of whole mall was switched off citing repair reasons. Dirty ugly bathrooms. The escalators r widely placed with no directions about which way to ascend or descend so that a newcomer is totally lost forced to take rounds.

There are good number of screens. As always weekdays will be cheaper than weekends. Parking lot is very spacious, elevators function well. Have seen two films here and the experience was great. Escalators were not working with so much crowd in the Empress mall it was difficult to reach PVR on time. Though Disneys Alladin took me down the memory lane of my childhood. My 4 yr old son enjoyed the 3D movie.😀

Beautiful place.Too high standard, tickets are fairly costlier than other place but worth paying it.It can be easily noticed from the road.Its on the top floor of the empress mall.Picture and audio quality is too good.If having a good amount of cash then its the best place to visit.The mall in which its present is Empress mall, one of the biggest and really biggest mall in India.Its only around 2 kilometre far from the railway station.Autorickshaw, cab and many more vehicles are available around this place.Happy reading!

Well maintained, and upto the mark place

PVR Emp city mall is centraly located in Nagpur city, All required facilities are available,overall management is also excellent but I am not understand why I am not a satisfied when I am going to see movies, there is no charm,every time I am under pressor for cost of food, ticket price rules & regulations of mall & PVR, I am not feeling free for entertainment.now I am avoiding to see movies in PVR.
