Best defence techniques and teaching of JKD style is very good. The teaching style of Mr. Vilas Bobde sir is very easy and systematic for every student. Nun chuck style is also new for me. There are more easy ways of teaching techniques in NAMAMI like handstand, stretching, gymnastics etc.
