I went to get my two mi phones repaired. Lady at the counter explained me the issues very well. They said they will call when the repair is done. Next morning they informed me that my phone is fixed. Amazingly fast service and also very friendly staff. Loved the experience.Only thing was there was no automated queue system. If that was there, it would be even amazing.

Ive been here multiple times with multiple devices. Have different types of fixes and repairs. The service was good, quick and perfect. Maam is too polite and ensures youre assured of everything before and after handing over your smartphone/device.(Reason for 4 stars and why not 5)Its no more a dedicated Mi Service Center anymore.QDIGI now provides services for both Mi and OnePlus.As this is a Mi service review. I wont speak much about OnePlus, although the person managing OnePlus needs to have a polite tone and not try to fool around every humble customer.

If you call them on the given number they will talk in an unprofessional way (yaar, dekh tu aa ja battery available hai and when you get there they are like available nahi hai you need to leave your mobile for a week). Well to be more direct the person who picks up the call will always talks like he stands above us.Last one hardware problem its good the problem mostly get fixed, but for me i had the issue of mobile not getting charged, so same they took mobile for a week changed the charging point area, then next time i complaint they changed something and then finally i reached out to a local shop they told me the problem was with usb cable not hardware it costs me around Rs.1200 not fixed in MI + 199 for MI usb cable fixed in local shopFinally the service is good they take like 15-30 minutes per customer (in a 2 hour slot of 30-40 people) very fast i was like waiting there for 90 min there until my turn came, it was a rainy day so it didnt took long. Covid protocols are written and not strictly followed (you can always find a customer or staff member without mask if you stay there for 30 mins, well at least sanitizer is provided for public use).Lastly they treat you like a customer and listen to the problem and the best thing give the response in instant thats why i gave 2 stars. Its just that there hands are slow in keyboard. When i got my turn there was no ink in printer to print invoice (yes they give invoice to each customer if you use their service). Even in google map, google gave note saying people usually spend 15-45 minutes here.Hope it helps.

I first called them to enquire about battery. They said its there just come over. After waiting in the queue for 30 mins they said they will have to order the battery as its not there with them and have to leave handset for 8-9 days. Just for a battery replacement.

One plus people dont receive the call, service is not good. It feels frustrating to contact and talk with them. Need to update the service or increase manpower or increase the number of service centers

Waiting line system with coupon no. LCD Display & announcement is really a great idea and service is also very good. The attendants are so polite and helpful towards customers. The technical team is so efficient which gives you right advices.

A very professional service center that is systematic in assigning cases that customers come with through a dedicated token system, informs the customer in detail on the charges and processes, gives the customer chance to talk directly with the technician on the issues on the device in question, and the service staff is honest to not rip you for unnecessary repair costs.I had a great experience at the MI service center and will recommend anyone with a MI device to first try your options here than going anywhere else.

According to my opinion the best service center in Nagpur. The managers as well as engineers are very kind and helpful and they provide fast service. Extremely poor service. Cant do anything right! Had to visit the store 7 times. First of all reception people are polite, technicians are awfully rude. Just to improve their service time graph, they have put a damaged motherboard. Then they forgot to assemble the parts correctly and left out the sim-tray! Now no one is taking call which is basically all service center trait. @MI You guys cannot be Apple so dont pretend giving flawless service, because you also know you guys cant!

Very poor service. Provided mobile number found switched off in working hours. I had purchased 2 mi band out of which one is having intermediate problem for touch , reading and charging. But they didnt replaced after 5 days of testing.

Finally there is a service centre which is professional and actually does what a service centre is supposed to do. Absolutely organised, no-nonsense procedure, your time wont be wasted in waiting or just explaining your problem to the representatives. Staff is polite and educated unlike other companies service centres. Got my moms phone submitted within 10 mins on a weekday at around 1pm, got it repaired within 1 hour. I was told that it may take around ₹600 for the earpiece replacement, however I wasnt charged anything as they fixed it despite the phone was out of warranty. Seeing the interaction of other customers as well, I didnt find a single dissatisfied customer around there. Good job, Xiaomi.

So that if one wants to clear their query they must have to visit in their office when we go to office for resolving query they will make you wait for a long time and then answer we cant help you.. Technicals doesnt know much about problem they only suggest to replace the part. I changed my battery just because it was moving inside the case and support assey need to repair.The security guard is very co-operative and also knows very much about all the problems he was nice and informative than the stupid technician.Go there only if your mobile is in warranty period.

The worst centre In Nagpur. In entire life I ever seen this worst service centre. From morning till its evening 7pm we were standing but no management has done or not a quick response was given by them and the management team is also not working properly totally disappointed with their talk and their rudeness hope so you must try to behave with people and to cooperate with them...
