Very pathetic service. Delivery person is not professional they are very rude. Always ask to collect parcel from office. Dont waste your money and time on dtdc. There are other small vendors who provide door to door service in a professional manner.

Parcel at nagpur hub since 8 days but still not delivered to destination.It was important parcel for someone In my family.

Worst service for domestic and international courier , these people are hiring other courier services to deliver the package which are cheaper and the courier is simply lost!

Seeing all these negative reviews I went there myself to collect my courier, thinking they will take many days to deliver it at my place... The pick up was really quick.. it hardly took 6-7mins for them to hand over my courier to me... Cant comment on delivery as I picked it up by myself but if you want your package urgently then I would say dont wait for them to deliver it, cz they never pick up your calls no matter how many numbers they have... I had 4 of their contact numbers and none got received.

So worst ..Dont go with dtdc.Speed post through post office is the best.

They took 9 days to deliver a courier from Hydrabad to Nagpur which is just 550 km away. Their customer care is unresponsive. No one pick up the call. Tracking system is worst.

Very bad service. they took flight charges from me and when I spoke with customer care they said your package was delivered by road. when I booked my package before 12 pm on the date10th and they send it on the 11th.what the sheet doing DTDC. First, they send to Mumbai then for MP. Bhai MP kaha h aur Mumbai. they doing fraud with customers. They even not deserve 1star.

1st of all they didnt share their number of Agne Layout office and after 9 days yet my parcel ia not reached to Mumbai where as they promise me that my parcel will reach within 5 days. 2ndly their centralized customer care number ia never working no one will respond u on that number.

It took 3 days to reach Nagpur hub from Chandigadh, and since last 5 days the 1/2 kg Diwali HAPPNIESS package is resting for just 3km delivery at my home. They are forcing the customer to visit the office for delivery, this is height of being CARELESS.

False assurances of delivering the courier in 7-8 days. You understand that only important must have been sent in this lockdown. It’s been 13 days since I made a booking vide no. F11888601. It’s lying in Ahmedabad for like 6 days. How much more time it needs? Nobody from Ahmedabad answers! No proper customer care available to reach out. The worst kind of service. Every now and then they prove themselves that they are the worst.

It’s Location is good. Some staff members are good but some are very dull. Booking counter is horrible. Looks like full of Garbage. Unfortunately if you dockets comes back as undelivered they don’t take efforts to call the sender. Docket booking receipt is poor. Not professional as other courier companies are. Also other DTDC branches are more professional than this.

Very bad experience with the staff at DTDC. Couldnt deliver a consignment from 21 st September inspite of continuous reminders and complaints. I registered a compliant but got this message : Your Case no. is 08090068 for DTDC C/n no.h75506367, we will revert soon with further . But nobody reverted back till date. Totally unprofessional and callous attitude of the staffers.

This is main offce of DTDC. Previously it was situated in Dhantoli, Congress Nagar. Its on main road from Radisson Blu to Jaitala Road. Easily seen from road. It is very busy work station. Only if you have to take your courier then you can visit. And employee are also helpful.
