Employees are well trained & absolutely 5 🌟 but the entire appointment/walk-in process is flawed and needs lot of improvements.For asking the technician if I can upgrade the OS or not (its a 30 second answer), I had to wait for 1 hour. Theres nothing to watch/read while waiting for an hour.After showing my Mac, the technician replied with a satisfactory answer in less than 20 seconds which was fantastic. But, they have to give an inspection summary (as per their process) which took 3-5 mins. I would have preferred no summary or e summary. But they said that they cant email and had to print and give it to me and took my signature as well.Hope they improve their processes. Even grocery chains have express counters & who gives printed copies these days?

Don’t forget to take appointment before visiting and yes slight delay in service is expected. They don’t compromise with the service they offer you all there support in resolving your issue.

Professional, courteous and helpful. Walking in, I could feel the difference from rest. So glad to have this in Nagpur. But very important - they take only appointments (no walk ins) and even then it takes a very long time. Expert to wait for 1-1.5 hrs even with appointment. The problem is staff to customer ratio (only 2 working + 1 floating staff for close to 20 customers at a time)

Staff is pleasant, took fair time to complete the job. In all good experience. Boys and girls doing good job.

I gone their for my ipad 8th generation issue. So when i gone their and told my issue that some unusual burning smell coming from my ipad so they said you put wrong screen guard thats why its coming. After that I removed my glass but still smell coming so I told them to see ASAP so they started showing us that we are illiterate! That we dont know what happening on our device.And they do nothing and after that they are sending me messages that we solved your problem. Means seriously?Everyone who use apple product knows better that whats apple real policy.They dont trust customer anymore. This is honest review which I experienced .

Good experience.They provide fast service but they charge very high .if you have insurance or extended warranty then its worth because eventually they will not repair you item they will replace it.If you dont have extended warranty they go to local mobile repair shop in modi gaali . They will charge you very very less .Example for a watch glass they where charging 23000/- but I replaced the glass for just 6000/-

All the employees are out there are hypocrites.Submitted my macbook pro 16 with keyboard and freezing issues when I went to collect it they werent even aware I submitted for the freezing issue.Got back the laptop with same keyboard saying that there is no issue with this when there clearly is.Im helpless now

Hi Apple, your product price is almost 3X times then the other brands in India, its good on your hardware component and the ios, but the service you are giving to the customers is cheaper than any other brands.My iPhone is not taking charging, so I went there and asked to diagnose, your trainee checks my phone, and I think she does everything and lastly said that your iPhone has a hardware issue. It may not repair(I think they learned this line), so I go to the ordinary mobile repair shop they charged my iPhone with 10volt charging and clean some of the internal parts, and its started working.

This is the second time, they make you book an appointment which is only available after a week. Then after reporting on the scheduled time you need to wait another 40-45 minutes minimum! I had to wait for 1 complete hour for my turn!!I understand situation is bad due to the pandemic, but if it is appointment based , customers time should be valued.Waiting for 10-15 mins is acceptable, but a complete hour is horrendous!

Please dont waste your time !After appointment and waiting peroid of 5days once when u approach the Apple service center they give you a token number,.Then you have to wait for hours.... bcos only 4 counters are present out of which only counter number 1 ,and 3 are attending coustomers..When you approch the allotted counter you are asked for orignal bill copy, or orignal Box of the product you want the service for...(its never intemated in waiting period) once you provide them bill or box....then you have a 10 % chance of you getting the service..they have list of excuses not to serve you....and yes if something is broken...they will offer you new device replacement for three-forth of the original price of ur device....Visit once if u need to waste your time ...I have seen lot of people frustrated,and quarraling with crew members ....but they too cant help you bcos of there protocols. Horrible experience ever !!!

Worst apple service ever

My macbook was having battery issue. After seeking appointment I visited service center on 15.09.20 at 10.10AM. After test run I was asked to deposit battery cost and service charges total Rs. 14500. I paid the amount. It was again told that it may take 8-10 working days to replace battery till then laptop will be with Inspire. I requested that allow me to take the laptop with me so that Ill be able to work from home with plugged charger. I have paid the requisite amount.It was told that it is against policy of INSPIRE. There was no point in arguing with the employees.On 21.09.20 I received a call from INSPIRE asking me whether battery should be replaced or not. After enquiry it is revealed that battery is not ordered till now and it may take another 6-7 working days to get my macbook repaired.It is really unprofessional and unethical approach of service center of APPLE. Unfortunately I dont have any other option if I want to repair my macbook in NAGPUR.Apple, world wide kn their stores never recommends to keep machine without any valid reason.Please ammend hour policies with the time otherwise people will search for alternative of APPLE.

The services are getting worst here day by day.The staff is so rude and does not help us when required .They keep on gossiping themselves inside in the rooms and hardly 1 or 2 are there to attend customers .And even for collecting a simple. Items take more than an hour ,we have to.stand in queue for that also with the other customers who came to show their device.I guess there should be a separate counted for collecting the iteams so that user can coll3ct and leave easily

And they know customers cant go anywhere else for anything apple problem.I gave my iphone 11 pro max 10 days ago for replacement,but its still not here.Until last 4 days they hadnt even placed a new order.They even took all money in advance from me.My work is struck and on calls they re responding well.Completely dissatisfied.

Amazing turnaround time, super friendly, Informative, humble & well mannered staff.I went with my Macbook Pro-13 (late 2016 model) with Display diminishing issue, display turns off if lid is opened more than 45 degree angle. Ipurchased my Mac in US and was out of warranty. i was not sure if they would take in for repair, but after showing the problem to Abhijeet Sir, he said that this issue will be covered under Apple Exchange & Repair Extension program (which i was unaware of) and that would be free of cost. They replaced entire display and fixed the issue within 3 days and called me to pickup the device.Thanks NGRT, your service is greatly appreciated.Keep it Up :)

I have problem with Booting my MacBook in Safe Mode, The Main issue of that is Their is Firmware Lock and I know the password, But this guys dont now how to deal with that and they ask me to keep your laptop for 1 Day for removing my Firmware Password, and Delete all data.I complaint about them in Contact Support Team. Because that work is only of 5-20 minutes I did it by Own in 5 min and The engineer was their asking that (Sir, will you Please tell me How did you do That).

Went there to show my Iphone 6 plus charging issue. The staff is not well informed and does not guarantee that they will resolve the issue. They saw my phone and said will clean the charging socket with a whopping charge of 1000 bucks but did not guarantee that the issue will be resolved.I went to an iphone dealer post that who resolved the issue within an hour by putting an IC resistant.The staff should be more trained at NGRT!!

I took my apple watch series 4 for repair. The watch was under warranty and had internal technical defects. They asked me to pay 27000 bucks because of a fkin scratch that they claimed lapsed my warranty. So I asked them for an alternative and they were like pay money or let it be.NOTE: the watch was purchased 4 months ago.

Terrible Service the so called Authorized Professionals have no idea what theyre even talking about, I took my iPhone 7 with a broken battery connector to them and the guy advised to restore it and said if we will do it the data will be lost, I later took the phone to a Non-Authorized service center and he replaced the cable and turned it on within minutes. Be careful before hiring illiterate employees.

Hi for every iPhone owner this is the actual authorized service centre in nagpur. The centre is on the 6th floor of the building. To reach there go to RBI square and you will find a inspire building along Bata showroom. This Inspire is apple showroom , they will tell you how to go service centre. You can submit all apple products in this service centre. Staff looks good. I submitted my iPhone 6s there. Dont forget to ask them to save your data, believe me they can if not a hardware defect. Cooperating staff.

Its not easy to find it you dont have maps obviously. The place is clean and youre provided with tokens and some wait time. Clean. Awesome.

My Apple iPhone 8 plus 256 GBwas not charging then I have to go to the this service centre and their the checkout that the adaptor was fuse then immediately replaced the adaptor and give it to me but some formalities are needed that we have to sign and all documentary but the service was extremely good by theattendant she was very good in her behaviour and was very helpful and attitude was also good

I am utterly disappointed with the useless service of this center.Firstly this is not a repairy center. It is just a service center. The personnel working here are NOT qualified to work effectively with internal system of Apple products.I had submitted my Mac Book Air here, which I had purchased from iNSPIRE showroom, Nagpur, 2.5 years back.It was not powering on. The person in NGRT just visually checked it.Thats all.Then he prepared a JOB CARD and said that our expert technicians will check it and repair it...! (Its not repairy center!!!)After two days I received one phone call from NGRT center that my Macbooks logic card is faulty and that you will have to replace it with Rs.42000/- price + GST.I asked whether it can be repaired. They said that we only replace it and do not repair.Then I agreed to replace it and asked them to give my old logic card back. They said you will have to pay for your own old card.This is ridiculous. Why should I pay for my own logic card?Then finally I said that I dont want to replace the card, and picked up my Macbook air (I paid Rs.2000/- just for this diagnosis...!!).I opened it up at home, with a pentagonal screw driver and checked for any loose contacts and the like.I cleaned it with CCl4 (Carbon Tetra Chloride) and presto...!Its started working quite normally...!Thank God, I just saved my Rs.42000 +GST...!They show off under the great title of Apple and many people like me get cheated here.I strongly advice you not to rely on this center, in particular.
