I always enjoy going to Swagatam. Food is of a good quality . Affordable as compared all restaurants near by. Staff dedicated one. Deliver promises.

The place is good but it is outside the city near VCA stadium. So it takes time to reach there. The food quality is 6/10. It is simple and quiet place. You can carry drinks there.The food tasted average. The hospitality is very good. The time taken to serve is also less. So if you are in hurry then you can visit.

Swagatam is a family garden Restaurant situated at the outer ring road, near empyrean city, mihan , nagpur. It is open even in night for long time, if you are traveling by the way , you can enjoy your meal there.

Nice open area for dinning, had inside dinning room too with a open terrace, food is good, saoji specials can be experienced here.Play area for kids with few slides, located in Nagpur ORR, which is somewhat a dissolated place though a lot of truck traffic is there whole night.Parking is enough, its located just before the ORR Toll and intercross.Overall a good experience.

Tasty food & good ambience

Be careful guys this place charges more bill and add extra items in your total bill. Which ypu have not ordered. Today only i have visited this place.

We waited for 15 minutes on our table and nobody came to even offer us water. Then we asked the waiter how long it is going to take to which he replied that if you have a problem waiting then you should leave. So we left. No idea how the food is. But service is not just poor, its arrogant too. Then we went to another smaller place next to it called Satyam and we had pretty decent service and food was great.

Food here is more on spicy side......even less spicy main course appears to be good spicy.But taste as well as quality of food is really good.Service is fast and good. It is having a seperate bar which shares same garden lawn with family restaurant but but well seperately compounded which never let u think that it having a bar too......Also seperate dinning arrangement other than garden lawn is also there. But it is having one problem,as it is on the outskirts there is a little smell of cow dung coming all the time till u get used to. Restaurant is also inexpensive for what they offer so thumps up for that.

It can be easily noticed.Ambience: The ambience is okay, and most of the seating is outdoors. There is a outdoor projection facility, which make the place a bit noisy.The Food: the food is good but quite spicy. The taste is okay. The tandoori roti is quite good. The masala papad too was over spicy. The quality of mutton is not good.Overall: You can try the restaurants nearby like Rasaranjan which I found to be much better.
