It is in the eternity mall in second floor. The ambiance is totally mesmerizing and spacious. If we talk about hospitality, it is good. The specialty of this branch is they have variety in menu and the Taste is superb

Pizza hut is so far the best destination for 🍕 pizza in nagpur.This pizza hut outlet is a dine-in outlet in eternity mall and is really worth place for trying. I tried the spiced paneer pizza & veggie lover pizza with cheese burst and it tasted really awesome . If you want to have pizza witha good taste, this is the place for you.The service at the restaurant is also good enough & food is served on tables . It also has Ambience as good as its taste. Dinning facility is definitely better than that of pizza hut. The restaurant is at the center of the city in eternity mall on the first floor. It also delivers at home via zomato ,swiggy or its own delivery app and also on call for deliveryI suggest to order your pizzas with cheese burst always, as the pan base is the main thing in pizzas rather than toppings . With any opted topping, cheese burst really adds the taste to it .I highly recommend pizza hut fir medium range pizzas

Good restaurants prices are somewhat higher than other outlets of Pizza hut but test is best.

They ofers a very tasty and delicious pizzas ,but the extra charges are soo high that even for a very less food due to extra service charges the bill get too high.the environment there was so refreshing due to some small plants in there.Hereyou can have the free wifi.

A worst pizza ever to have. Below is the pic of pizza which I had ordered costing ₹326. By looking at it, I had understood that I had. wasted my money. Taste is poor and such an expensive pizza. The same type pizza i could get from nearby pizza stalls on streets for ₹80-100.. At this range Dominos is better I guess.

Worst service i have seen. Specially staffs. They kept cold drink at diffrent table even plates were kept at side table and that guy when came with pizza asked me to take my plate as if it was self service . I was served origano bottle which was almost ended and only salt was there we asked to refill or exchange the guy made me ask for origano was like thrice same case with napkins and coke. While serving coke guy created a mess on my table he dint even bother to clean that. And most of all lastly the girl who served me she asked me that you cant throw the side crust of pizza . Bravo for this I asked her is it a rule she said yes in Nagpur its a rule. Amazing experience.

Poor service. This place is highly understaffed and lacks proper management. I ordered a trio platter for the starters and it was abysmal. The garlic sticks and the pizza were good although. Needs improvement.

Pizza Hut at Eternity Mall, Nagpur is having tremendous space and very good amount of seating options. The menu is a standard, Pan India Menu of Pizza Hut which is wide and has got good options for starters, appetisers, Soft Drinks, Shakes, Desserts, etc. But the main problem was that the Air Conditioning Service was not working at all. Our entire group was fully sweating while having the meals. Though the matter is said to have reported to the higher management of Pizza Hut, it should have been tackled way back. Pizza Hut Management should take serious cognizance of the same and treat such issues with top priority aa the same is an important factor in customer experience, service and satisfaction. We might have paid around six thousand rupees for the bill but had food fully sweating! Horrific!! Any regret, apology would serve no purpose now, @Pizza Hut, please note.

The ambiance of this restaurant is very good, service is very nice. The quality of pizza is also good. The menu of this dining is different from the other Pizza Hut restaurants. Staff is very polite and helps with deciding the proper menu. This is one of the Best restaurant in the Eternity mall.

Food is good no doubt and service too.. but everytime we visited air conditioner was not working .. complain book or feedback book is not available and also if we try to complain online, feedback is not accepted..staff is good. Ambience is lively.

Garlic bread and pizza served were undercooked. Ambience was ok but very hot even in evening...when spoke to the serving team... explanation given was that they cannot do anything. When asked for pan pizza they said it will take more time them medium pizza...as they have to prepare a dough for pan pizza separately...I did not understood the logic.

I was not into pizzas from my childhood, but still I fall in love when I tried some premium DominosBut My xp with Pizza Hut was not that good. I ordered something special paneer pizza, with normal crust, it was too rubbery to eat. I wasnt even able to complete it whole.At that moment, I regretted choosing Pizza Hut over Dominos, but do visit and try something else, yours can be different,,,

Nice place the raste of pizza and crust is very good bit I dont like the service of the place. They would take order very late.

They dont have all the base ready everytime. If you wish to eat the regular combo og 99 they wont have the stock available for that. You have to order medium or large. Ambiance is so good but the customer satisfaction is okay-ish.

Pizza hut is serving stale pizzas with (gross) cheese. The taste is very different and the pizzas are cold even in the store. It definitely is the time to switch!

Furnace inside!I had tried it twice in different seasons, AC never works here....its like 50 degrees inside with no ventilation at all. U can’t sit here for more than 5 min.Pathetic service and atmosphere.Advise: either shut ur outlet or maintain it.
