Cool idea, first time going to a dine in movie theater. They have a deal for $30 that includes a app and 2 entrees. And the tickets were only $10. So not a bad price point for dinner and a movie. It did take 30+ minutes for me to get my 2nd beer after ordering it tho.

Nice staff my chicken nachos were Ok but not hot both times they brought them out. The flavor was nice but the temperature not so good. The movie Breathe 2 was good. My family enjoyed their chicken tenders and fries. Which I did try and was very good. They both taste fresh. When We first sat down my nachos came very fast, which was a surprise to me. My family food was not ready yet.The 2nd time they brought them out they took much longer. The strawberry lemonade was really good. You get refills. Once you press the button on your table they artive to take your order pretty fast.. The atmosphere was nice the movie price was only $5. For all 3 of us including drinks it was 57 bucks. It was overall a nice dinner and a movie.

This movie theater was amazing! Ive never been to a theater where you order food at your own seat! Im blown away. Our waiter was so nice and we got a movie ticket discount because we are college students. Awesome!!

This was my 2nd time coming to this theater/restaurant and have had terrible service both times. The first time was pre-pandemic in December of 2019 and due to the awful service, we were given movie passes to come try again. We returned tonight and they would not accept the passes because they expired. They had expired during COVID when everything was closed, but they had stopped accepting expired passes in August. Some of us are just getting back to the point of getting back into movie theaters and though the theater itself has been open since April, this was our first trip back to a theater. I tried to speak to the manager about this, but he would not consider honoring the passes. Despite this, we stayed and watched the movie. My family and I all ordered dinner,. My dinner never arrived despite calling and speaking to someone 3 separate times about still not having my food. They brought the bill and I said again that I did not have food and I was was refunded for my meal. Great. I didnt have to pay for the meal I did not receive, but I sat through the entire movie hungry and apparently after telling people 3 separate times, no one could locate my salad? By the time we left and I was able to get dinner at a drive thru, it was 10pm. I spoke to the manager again before we left, and he did not have anything to say except sorry. it was clear that he did not care about the incredibly poor experience we have had at his establishment not once, but twice now. We will not be back.

The food was really good, the service was really bad. Didnt get drinks until 10 minutes after our food came out (45mn after we ordered drinks). Also didnt get the extra ketchup cup we asked for and they brought the wrong dessert.

We showed up for our showtime and no one was there. walked through the whole theater and not a single employee. children were running around. people were confused and hanging out in the lobby. An alarm went off so the police were called. calls were made to national and the local theater and no one answered. refunds were tried online but an error message occurred. this whole place is an epic prank

The prices are great but the service needs improvement. Keep me waiting and constantly getting interrupted in the theater. The people inside the theater are too loud and disruptive making the movie experience terrible.

Love the food and staff! I’d highly recommend the coconut chicken tenders with Thai chili sauce. But unfortunately bathrooms near the front are also dirty.

Surprisingly good food, but a little overpriced. Very comfortable seats. Good service. I recommend bringing a jacket since it was a little chilly with the air conditioning.

It was very nice when we went only 4 other people in the same screening as us. The service was ok just a little bit more attention to refills and such would be nice. But well be going back!

Staff was extremely rude. Dont eat the food, one person said hers had hair in it and she believed it had been dropped on the floor before she got it. The Theater wasnt clean. We didnt get our complete order. After the third try, which was after the movie was over, the staff and manager seemed to not want to assist us. He actually made comments in ear shot that he didnt want to help. He said hell no. I believe this is a new team and maybe need some discipline and training. I have been here several times and never experienced such lazy, rude, and literal nonsense from the staff.

This is a masters class on how to not run a dinner theater. The food app they force you to download and give your personal info to doesnt let you actually order food, assuming you can even find the option, which is well hidden. The seats are dirty and the back on mine was broken.On the bright side, the server saved the experience. Calvin was polite, friendly, and didnt miss a beat even though many, many, others in the theater were also unable to use the app.I doubt Ill go back. I can get a better experience at home.

Took my order up front which took about 30-45 min to deliver. I had to go get my drinks myself and missed some of the movie. Then when the movie was over you couldn’t cash out without hunting someone down. There were like 5 people in the theater and you the waitress/ waiter once and that’s to take the order not even to deliver drinks or food. No wonder they automatically add 18% gratuity automatically. Just spend the extra mileage and money and go to AMC or the Brewhouse in Carmel.

Nice theater just didnt have the reclining seats. Food was delicious. Make sure you get their ice cream and brownies 😋. The servers were very professional!

The quality of this location has gone down tremendously. Covid aside, if someone is waiting for 30 mins to receive their order, most people would leave. I was told they didnt have straws yet when me and my party was leaving, I found a whole bunch sitting at a closed food display. My food was trash (it was salty as hell!) and the only good thing about the place was the movie. I wish they would step up their service, back to the time when they first opened up.

Would of gave a five star but didnt like the fact that I couldnt decide if I was giving a tip or not.

Maybe I went on a bad day! I’ve always wanted to go here and yesterday I went with my wife to watch the new fast 9 movie. It was a terrible experience. The food was terrible. Everything down to the popcorn was not good! The waiter was very low energy! I didn’t even want to order cuz it seemed we were bothering him. I really wanted to like it and I’ll probably go again but like I said it was a terrible first time experience. I’ll go in a busier day and hopefully I have a better experience

The theater itself is pretty nice. Comfortable seating and enough space to eat. The food is decent. The only thing that sucked was service. The food took forever to come out, and alcoholic drinks weren’t served all the way until food had been already served for a bit, and it was atleast 30 minutes into the movie. Hopefully as theaters reopen, they’ll figure out the food service.When we went, we were probably one of 10 people in our specific screen, although we did pick a less popular movie on a Thursday. But glad to see movie theaters finally coming back!

Omg! I took my daughter there today and the customer service was superb! Our waitresses were friendly and up beat. As we walked out, numerous team members thanked us for coming and asked if we enjoyed the show. The area manager was there and I had to ask for him and wanted to let him know I appreciated the service today! He was great also! Way to come back strong after the blow of this pandemic!

Really bad service , I ordered my food before the movie began which was a brownie sundae , popcorn and a drink . Halfway throughout the movie I ask multiple people I haven’t received my food and they kept saying there’s a backup in the kitchen . Which I totally understand but I don’t think my order would be such a long thing to wait for knowing they have the popcorn ready and drink. So I didn’t receive my brownie towards the end of the movie and I never received my popcorn nor drink . When the check came in I had to tell them I never received my popcorn nor drink . Wouldn’t go there again .

Our neighbors, my wife and I came here to watch quiet place 2. We arrived 20 minutes prior as listed on the website. The person working at the entry selling tickets was masked and when asked if she liked her job didn’t respond. We then went into the theater and to our seats. Still with plenty of time before the movie began. About 10 minutes into sitting down there was now 4 other couples in the movie theater and a man came buy with his mask around his chin and took our drink food order. About 5 minutes go by and the other couple get their appetizers (no drinks). About 10 more minutes go by and the movie starts. Then in the beginning of the movie while the story is being explained a lady comes over with her mask around her chin and give me the wrong drink while asking something I can’t understand. The movie is loud and she interrupts over and over until I finally understand what she is saying. Now my wife and I have our drinks and our neighbors start getting theirs which had ice at one time but is now completely melted and the drinks watered down. The movie is now at a really exciting part and the food comes which again requires several interruptions to coordinate who ordered what. We are unable to see our food and hope it looks ok. We have missed enough of the movie I’m not sure what or why things are happening. Food was ok, not bad, not great. Not worth the $120 we spent for food and drinks for my wife and I. This was a really missed opportunity as I wanted to have a great time and come back. Drink and food orders need to be done through the app only and not require verbal communication once the movie has started. I would have probably bought another drink if I thought it wouldn’t have been so much trouble.

Not bad didnt order food but the popcorn was good , sat in an empty theater for 5mins before being told our movie moved to a different theater after getting our tickets checked. Andvit was freezing in therd definitely need blankets next time.

Literally just awful. Told us to get here 20 minutes early but there was no previews until 5 minutes AFTER the scheduled start time. We ordered our drinks and they didn’t show up for almost a half hour-not to mention people who ordered AFTER us got their stuff well before we did. . Go to Regal instead, somehow better than this place.

Seats are dirty. It’s been 20 minutes in the movie and the lights are still on. We have asked the staff and they mentioned that someone else is in charge of that. They didn’t get that “someone else”. Customers are getting their wrong orders (I can hear customers complaining). We also got the wrong drinks. The waiters are also complaining and accusing us that we made the wrong orders. Lol I wish I was exaggerating but this is what I’m seeing and hearing in front of me.After 30 minutes of the chaos, We decided to head to AMC to watch the same movie haha.

So glad they are open again! My only complaint is that I feel like the kitchen should stay open a little later... I mean, when a move starts at 8:30 (more like 8:45 with previews) but the kitchen closes at 9, that seems a little rushed. Otherwise, I like it.

Showed up for a noon showtime and although some doors were unlocked, there appeared to be no employees working and was more or less still closed.

I watched several Ghibli films here. That was cool. The alcohol and food service was a nice extra.

The movie itself was amazing but we chose to go here so we could have the movie/dinner experience all in one. However the place was chaos when we arrived. The movies were running late and they wouldn’t even let us in to the theater until the start time of the movie. We arrived 20 minutes early like the website said and we were told to wait. We sat in the bar and had terrible service. When we finally were allowed to go into the theater, after the posted start time, we pressed the button for service. There were about 10 people total in the theater and the waiter took the people’s order in the front first. By the time he got to the row in front of us and our row he said he would be back with menus. After about 15-20 minutes the people in the front row got their food and the server informed the rest of us that the kitchen was closed! So the main thing that set this movie theater apart from the rest we couldn’t even experience. Super disappointing. We could have saved a ton of money and went to our local movie theater and would have had the same experience but actually would have been able to get popcorn.

Husband and I came here for a date night. The waiting area was a little chaotic and unorganized. When we got to our seats they were filthy! My cup holder had old food in it, there was food down in the cracks of the seat, spilled food in the side of the arm rest and old dried food on the tabletop. Overall the whole place was dirty but we already paid for tickets ahead of time so we tried to have a good time. Drinks are almost $5 a piece and we never even got a refill! So $5 for 1 glass of soda... over all not a good experience and was expensive!

Well we went to see the doors celebration of ray manzarek, the theater was clean and comfortable service was fast and friendly. This was our first time ever trying this type of movie theater and, we had a very pleasant experience. Even though all of the ticket sales were on line and dont try to call we never got a answer after five or six tries. Once there they were very helpful. Food and selection are very good for a decent price.

Tried our Studio Movie Grill because I had a giftcard and it changed the way I wanted to see a movie. Being able to order food and get a refill from a button and not missing any of the movie was incredible. I thought doing a service like this people would be in the way but the servers know what they are doing and did an excellent job. This is a full experience and if you have a child this would be a great idea or you have a child at home and need a date night idea knock out dinner and a movie all at once. Im just saying I was impressed great job Studio Movie Grill.

Great service food was hot and well prepared. Seats was comfortable. Had a great time. I like that they have a 5.00 Tuesday where you can watch any movie all day and night for 5.00. Great deal will return.

The trays for the food are a little small, but other than that a great experience. The Smoked ribs were excellent.

Awesome place. Can’t wait till they reopen. The bbq chicken pizza is bomb. Would love some pineapple in it though!!

Wonderful theater

They need a better system for delivering food to people. I got asked about 6 different times if I ordered something while trying to watch the movie. Wouldnt recommend going to see a movie you need to pay attention to because food is delivered the entire movie and people are constantly stepping over you. Great choice for kids because they can be a bit louder and nobody will notice. Otherwise, not the experience for me. Also, no stadium seating.

I don’t post a lot but I saw the trolls were hard at work here so I thought I would jump in. I LOVE this place. It is not the newest, but I love the staff. The food is good, the screens are big and clear, sound is good. Again it is not the TOP in any category but near the top in all of them! I drive past 3 theaters to get here. I especially love the diversity of clientele, such great people, I love being counted among them!

Great movie. {We saw Underwater}The four stars are because we wanted to order food, but we were told it would be done after our movie was over. The waiter said, it was because it was of Bad Boys; guess everyone was in there. {The young waiters were nice tho}.

Great theater. Large, comfy seats. Last two times I’ve been in, the service was a little slow. Had my service light on for 30 min before being greeted. Others arrived after me were being served first. Food and drinks are always good.

Chicken tenders 10/10

The place is ran by teenagers which is fine, but whoever management is they need to step it up. I arrived 15 mins early for a 10:45 show on a Friday. I overheard staff telling guest they were not sure how fast they would receive there food and making excuses for the kitchen. I walked past several stations were food that was supposed to be delivered was just sitting out uncovered. Had a male friend with me he said the bathroom was disgusting, and so was the ladies room. Visiting from out of town I will never return. Staff members need better customer service training. And the mangers need to be more present. It looked like a mad house.

Excellent seating, drinks and food. I dont normally comment on the bathrooms, but the cleanliness and availability of bathrooms was amazing! The 4:1 ratio of theater rooms to bathrooms is so helpful when there are packed showtimes.For $9.50, ordering food to be delivered to you is as easy as pushing the button on your seats swing out tray table. Burgers have the option of 4 different proteins, including black bean burger for vegetarians, salads, desserts and drinks (alcoholic and non).I once attended solo and had a great time because I didnt have to settle for sitting in that single chair between 2 groups of people. I was able to reserve my seat at the ticket desk by choosing from the seating map showing the occupied vs available seats and chose one with a 2-seat buffer from others. The second time I attended with my daughter and her boyfriend the second time and the service and seat availability was just as good.I arrived exactly at the time posted for the movies showtime, but had plenty of time to settle in, because they said the actual start was 20 minutes later. So if you want to have the best chance of making sure youre not sandwiched in, go a little later.Parking is a little harder, since its sharing spaces with neighboring stores in the strip mall, but I was able to find a spot within 5 minutes.Id definitely recommend to solo and group viewers and will return when I next visit my daughter.

Got to love the idea here. Wheelchair friendly and good food with excellent service.Plus you get to eat while watching a movie.Like being at home, only you are being served by awesome servers.Clean, easy to navigate in my wheelchair. Highly recommend.

Food is terrible. Everything else was good. Chicken tenders were hard and then when I bit into it the chicken was stuck together I didnt even complain. I just didnt eat it. I know next time ear before I come or after I leave. Other then that the seats were nice and movie played well.

I love this place! A movie and great food and drinks! The $5 Tuesdays make is EVEN better! Im a huge fan and will recommend to everyone!The only issue I had was I went to the bathroom up front one of the stall doors (the one next to the handicap stall) didnt stay shut. There was not even a piece that the latch fit in to keep the door locked/closed. Other than that the bathroom was clean and stocked.

So I like the idea of eating while you watch a movie. I dont like paying more than my meal should cost. They do have $5 movie Wednesdays which is cool, and makes up for the overcharge in food. With that being said I enjoyed my chicken bites and felt like they did give a good amount of food. Its nice that you can press a button and they will come and give you a refill when needed. I recommend you trying it out if interested. You might love it or you might not. All up to your preferences and expectations.

Very enjoyable experience. Food and movie were great. Kids fries were just the right temp. I didnt have to worry about the little ones burning their tongues. Popcorn was excellent and was brought out minuets after we ordered it. We had ages 2 to 67 with us. All enjoyed the evening.

The employees seem to have bad communication with one another. The place seems to be under-staff as well. While ordering , we ask for a cup of ranch. It did not come with it therefore we asked again. It took 15 minutes and me getting up to save the trouble cause I get it you guys are busy and bouncing movie to movie taking orders. The employee seem like I am bothering them for getting out my seat to ask for the cup of ranch. I work in customer service industry for 7 years. You do not make a customer feel like a burden and treat everyone with respect. After this experience I will not be coming here nor recommending to anyone.
