If you are or were a student of Dharampeth Science college, I think Ghate restaurant would have been your second place to attend before/after/during your collect lectures . Most of the students enjoy Samosa and Masala milk here and thus restaurant is popular amongst college crowd for quick snack. The lunch/dinner experience has been average always, but for x-students, this place has served a platform for many golden college memories!

Budget place for eating South Indian n North Indian Snacks....noodles n pizzas. You can try thali also. But dont come away without drinking hot MASALA DOODH!! Great a refreshing glassful for just Rs 30!

I ordered lassi and badam shake lassi was sour in taste and wasnt fresh and malai was not soft the taste of lassi too different i ask him to change they were having only this type of lassi ..badam shake was like liquid with some powder ..no thickness it cost 70 rs not even close to worth it if u happen to know about dalhi milk it tastes just like that little mango taste .. waste of money nd taste

I have been there many times,Staff is Okay.Food is okay.Rates are also within budget.Can park your vehicles outside, have sufficient space on road.Only the problem is...it shut down at 10:00 pm, so if you are already there having your dinner etc, then cook starts hesitating to get an order. Waiter starts saying / asking that kitchen band ho raha hai....jaldi se pura order batado...thats only the problem.

Tasty & Reasonable food. Its not for those who look for ambience, ac, service, etc. basically for those who love to have food as need not a want.

Dishes are nice. This restaurant presents a plethora of traditional cuisines of the Vidarbh region of Maharashtra, besides a wide variety of conventional dishes like Uttapam, Dosa etc. Tea is also good. In my case, I like Dahi vadas of this place. They make nice ones. Proper washrooms for ladies and gents are a thing of consideration for the owners.
