They judge a customer by their looks, which is pretty disappointing. If you are easily annoyed by such behaviour, you should avoid this place. They have less items in stock. If you order something outside their stock, you will have to wait for a month or so for their stock to fill up, its a very long time when compared to other computer store dealers. Their stocks are same as the other dealers, so nothing special, the shop looks good.

One of the worst computer stores I hv ever gone....Prizes are high...They dont treat u as a customer..They dont even know..what the hell theyre selling...Eg: If we asked for mouse...they will show you keyboard

This so called showroom is selling products at an extremely expensive price... As people lack awareness on the market rate of computer goods, they fall prey to these kind of shops and lose a huge amount of money.. I visited this shop for purchasing a 2 TB external hard drive which was priced ₹6400 here whereas the price was around ₹5800 in Amazon...

I bought HP laptop from them. Just after a year, battery had to be replaced, screen got blacked despite of using the laptop cautiously.Again I bought HP paper LED screen 15.6, 30 PIN from them for 4500, just with in 3 months of warranty it also got repairedWorst is they didnt replace even in the period of warranty. They charged 4500 for it again.Totally Ive replaced two screens for 9000 rupees.NEVER BUY OR GIVE LAPTOPS FOR SERVICES.THEY CHARGE SO MUCH AND THEIR WORK IS SO POOR

They dont wide range of branded products though. But I do not blame them. Thats how the market is. At one point they where talking louder and bad mouthing about some one so loud that they didnt hear what they asked. These really need lessons on enhancing customer experience. Im not going to rate down. Cause I got what I needed.
