They have good range of products. But management is poor and the staff doesnt seem to be trained professionally. Stay vigilant about the product and service which you purchase to avoid disappointment.

Pathetic customer service and poor responsibility.Today I have visited and gave my laptop for service..They called me and said your laptop mother board has got an issue,so need to send this to chennai to get it serviced..Even If we do,there is no assurance that it ll keep on working as its a government laptop.I gave it to another service centre and they rectified it (actually It had other problem).Be responsible to customers.

Very very worst experience recently i bought a new laptop but unfortunately i found battery issue and very slow i complaint this issue on the next day due to covid-19 lockdown i cant able to visit shop for 20 days after lockdown normal i went to shop and raise the issue but they not given proper support only money minded dont buy any product from this shop. If there is 0 star option i would select that. For the very next day i complaint the issue but they dont care.

Not at all satisfied here. The price of the laptop is low while comparing with sone other stores in nagercoil but very high while comparing with online price. Some staffa dont know all the specifications of the systems and saying unrelated specs.They are explaining their own and availability models only and telling anything about our favoured one.

Very bad experience. The owner is a money minded person who will not reduce a single paise. The prices are higher than the retail price for China led screens. If you give your laptop for screen repair they will spoil your laptop.There are not wholesale shop and the prices are very high.

Best place for system purchase

Store has all brand computers, laptops and spares. Easy to notice in normal traffic, situated at road side. The staffs are very friendly, helpful and professional. Parking here is but challenge as we need to park at roadside. Rates are ok you cant say they are cheap or expensive. Overall good place for computer & its pheripherals.

Highly disssatisfied with this store. Bought a Dell laptop from them 1 year back. Now I am unable to switch it on. Taken to their service centre, they kept it for 2 weeks in their service centre after that they said nothing can be done/they were unable to diagnose I think. 1) Suspect they have sold me defective product. 2) I took the laptop to their service centre previously with in one year with some audio issue also. 3) Suspect malpractices by this store, do not know where to complaint. The lady at the service centre is an added irritation.

Gave my hp dv6 pavilion laptop for repair, complaining of corrupt os and cooling fan problem- to replace it . They charged me Rs.1100 for installing os and said they have repaired the fan without replacing it, but have almost charged the price of replacement fan. For 1 week it worked properly and now again the cooling fan stopped working.Not at all satisfied with the sevice. Go for other service centres. They are not Hp authorised too.
