Never admit here due to emergency. Think Twice.This hospital “was” famous in old days due to availability of advanced equipments. Nowadays they use that name to lure money from patients who admits into ICU . The doctors are inexperienced and the medicines they ask you to buy from the pharmacy are not suitable/unnecessary for the patient.Few ways this medical mafia running are,If a patient is admitted in ICU,1.They ask the relatives to buy 10 numbers of one injection and only 2 numbers are required. They send the remaining 8 numbers to the pharmacy via backdoor. But the patient will not get the refund for that.2. You will be asked to buy many medicines/pills/ injections and they are not necessary for the patient. All these medicines are again returned to the pharmacy via backdoor.They do not try to save the patient’s life are cure the problem. Instead they use the patient to spend money in the hospital and keep them alive for that.We faced a critical emergency for our Father due to pneumonia and admitted here in Jeyasekaran Hospital. Instead of getting better they made his condition worse, day by day. We spoke to many outside doctors and showed his reports and they asked us to shift to KIMS as soon as possible. So, we shifted him to KIMS. We showed all the medicine prescription pictures , reports to the doctors in KIMS. They were totally shocked and explained to us how his condition got worse and what medicines were given wrongly and unnecessary mixed medicines doses.Finally, KIMS was able to recover him and our father is getting better. But the medicines given by Jeyasekaran hospital made some permanent damages to his Kidney.If you have an emergency and do not have any option, then admit here. But do not keep here for more than a day. Shift to some good hospitals as soon as possible.

Best multi-specialty hospital at Nagercoil (perhaps, best in south TN) to get effective & clean treatment. All the senior doctors are well-educated and have strong expertise in their domain. They are also genuine, friendly, and down-to-earth. I wanted to thank Dr. Devaprasath and Dr. Nithila for treating my illness and helped me recover very faster. The fees they charge are very nominal (both OP & IP) for their amazing service and are lower than other branded hospitals. This health care place offers all types of treatments but one thing would like to convey to the management is taking the chart for repeated registeration (for old patients) it is no where mentioned in the hospital which comes to viewers notice that patients can call and request to take the chartIt is taking too much time to take a chart for patients after that they have to wait for wt and pressure check and then need to meet the doctor..If taking the chart itself (for already registered patients) takes this much time then when would patient meet doctor.Today a patient came for CT scan in empty stomach but she has to wait for more time and requested multiple times to take charts ..Management should take care this and need to provide efficient work and services to the patients..Otherwise treatment is good to proceed.Thank you

It was Saturday so we werent able to go to bank to collect the required cash due to max possible money that can be collected in a day system And the doctors and nurses acted as if we were about to cheat them and run away in fact they are the one who brought many useless syringes and medicines equipments etc. wasting our money only money matters for them.Getting medicines from the Pharmaceutical dept. is a completely nerve wrecking experience with fewer staff and staff without duty consciousness and time management talking and fooling around. The whole hospital doesnt know the value of time and are really dumb in time management.The staff acts arrogantly the nurses are unpredictable The infrastructure is not that easy to locate. And they dont inform any correct information Unlike small hospitals where we could directly ask the dictor for any queries here you could only ask a nurse.

One of the worst hospital I have came across. This hospital will keep the patient repeating same medical cycle until insurance amount gets depleted. No proper information on disease as they dont want to inform proper diagnosis results but take multiple scans. They wont say the real fact-same like vijaykanth movie. On one fine day all doctors will inform same thing discharge discharge with which we can confirm insurance amount is over. Also they wont give room to patient attender even if they are from outside distant place. But after a week if we stress multiple time with referrals they will simply say room alloted from day 1 and u have not used. Pathetic situation for all those getting treated in this hospital. Unlike, closed, centrally air-conditioned multispeciality hospitals, here patients can breathe natural air, look out of their rooms and see a tree, a bird and feel the healing hands of nature.That a hospital should be clean, hygienic, ensure stay simple so medical costs are not high and yet provide the best care is something the founders of Jeyasekharan Medical Trust were clear about and which I saw being followed meticulously today by the next generation. This hospital embodies the philosophy of medical care as detailed in their Hippocratic oathMy husband (a kidney donor) was operated for his prostate as well as cured when he developed sepsis at this hospital. I cannot put into words the care and comfort he received here. I am comparing this experience with the treatment he got at a multispeciality hospital in one of Indias big cities where he was operated for donating the kidney. Medicines atleast 2000 you will have to buy everydayRoom rent is 1800 per day. If you request they will reduce.Toilet Rooms they will have to close the wall till ceiling. Rest room ia big but open wall is not tolerable. Management need to consider about it.

Admitted for Corona in special ward. They charged us more than 2lakhs which is high for the facilities provided. Very few doctors in corona ward. Nursing care was good and a tall psychologist (I dont remember his name) was the real saviour mentally in isolation ward. I would recommend this hospital only for the nursing care and the psychologist.

I was admitted in the Jeyasekharan Hospital on April 7,2021 for a surgery. The service and care provided by them was excellent.

FYI . Our experience in Jayasekaran hospital. Think twice before admitting your loved ones there. Thank You.This is may save few lives. Im writing this with deep pain. Yes I lost my Mom recently in covid.So when she developed early symptoms of covid ie, mild fever, she admitted in jeyasekaran hospital. During time of admission, her reports were normal, and less than 20% of lungs infection due to covid.She treated very badly from day 1 having 1 nurse for the whole ward made my mom feel very insecure. Food tasted horrible. Doctors visited her once that too doc standing near to door and talked to mom.Even for checking temperature, she need to dial to the nurse multiple times and they injected some medicine to prevent blood clot which didnt worked for my mom and it developed bleeding, even after informed to the nurses she said it was normal.We were silent because mom asked us not to complaint it to the management, she worried if we do complaint, situation might get complicated.Days past, she was normal till day 6, in between these days no xray n CT scan n blood test taken.She again got fever and right next day she faced difficult in breathing. And they put her in oxygen and moved to ICU. Then immediately put NIV.Now when we asked, they told 70%of lungs infected and she was in critical stage.Even in ICU, doctors visited her twice in a day, NIV ventilator was handled by junior nurses.Mentally she was down and she needed more support, we visited her and not able to see her in that condition.Mom had a severe pain while with NIV. No senior doctor talked to us. They dealt with us through junior docs. They often changed the doctors too. So each doc approach was different.Then they took covid test again for mom and it came as negative. Now they come up with a plan, prepared a discharge report saying mom free from corona and come with a new admission report for post covid breathing issues.We were helpless since we had no other option left with us, to transit her to different hospital they would put her to mechanical ventilator which is too risk.So we continued with them. Later she developed more bleeding and they gave human plasma and alubumin to her.during night shift, the nurse was not even giving water to mom.So the day came after the struggle of 21 days , with 15 days in NIV,morning, when we asked the status of mom, they told pulse were down and next in 2 mins they told mom is no more. She went through cardiac arrest during her last mins.They charged us 7.5 lakhs and got all clearance signs when we went to see mom last time.This is our personal experience. Think twice before admitting your loved ones there.Would like to add few more pointsI always do respect doctors and nurses , even now, because during this pandemic they put their lives in danger to help society.You know when I hurted most, cases similar and worser than mom got cured in government hospitals.To Pvt hospitals, when you dont have adequate man power to support patient, why do you admit them?Ofcourse there is no medicine for covid, but the way mom treated made me to bring this up and mom had no other complications like diabetes, BP .

I was admitted in the Covid ward and I was there for 10 days ,The doctors are taking care of the patients very well ,Inspite of this tough scenario the doctors are coming to room and caring me, The Nursing is superb and phone call away and I never felt left alone in a separate room.I went to the right place and safe hands got cured.

After saying as M.E, explained a small thing, which even a 5th standard student can understand.13th July felt bad Service. Startingfrm Reception.:Is the weight machine and height check pillar cleaned regularly?!Are they Doctor or Just employees working there for Money?!OP doctor room number 11 around 11:45 am: Went for checkup, Doctor without even listening to patients complete History, referred to Scan and asked for next patient. Didnt the Doctor study the basic rule, asking history of patients is best practice to identify root cause?!While nurse came out along with patient, asked detail, she had an attitude answer, which I didnt expect.Still took scan and came back to room 11 with report. Still, doctor couldnt even identify exact issue, however my house maid already gave house hold remedy, which worked for time being. Felt bad for preferring this hospital for permanent solution. The attitude for same old nurse to doctor, while visited after scan report, while patient is near: Maam explain the issue in detail. If not, her husband is questioning outside with a attitude and smile with shaming sense look towards patient. Even doctor was cooperative. With same length, Doctor asked, what have u studied and after asking to explain, explained a small concept, which even 5th student can understand.Just worried about other patients. There were nearby patients, who were uneducated and even dont know to read naming boards at hospital. Worrying, how these doctors will treat them..1st cure for any disease is, giving confidence and hope to patient.. which is lacking in this hospital. Before room 11, visited another experienced and same bad experience.Not ready to reveal doctors names in public forum as of now. One of the oldest serving hospitals in nagercoil. The outpatient crowd never stops here in this hospital. Most of the doctors are friendly and visit on part time basis as well. Located just near to scott christian college on the thuckalay kanyakumari highway it is easily accessible to almost all of west kanyakumari district. There are labs nearby which reduce your turnaround time in case you ought to have scans etc and recheck with the doctor.

Very very worst hospital in my life. Even am in a medical profession. From my experience I saw so many hospitals. But this one is very very very worst. 2017 I was admitted in that hospital in a very bad situation. Under gastro enterology I forgot that doctor name. He is worst man in the world. I came from abroad on that time. He knews that I had money. Actually my mother had liver cirrhosis, she is in unconscious stage only oxygen through she is alive. Without oxygen she is no more. On time he has given for nearly up to 2 lakhs. I know treatment is not use for her. All organs functions are slowly stop. But he said that he LL going to give special treatment. But no use.I went to ask him. On that time he showed his original face. His staff nurse pull my hands and throw my outside. My 2 lakhs gone. So people be aware. Doctors and staffs working only for money. Even they play with our life. Worst hospohos in nagercoil. I don want to give star. I wont give i cant post.

Worst experience with this hospital.Getting a feeling that we got trapped to a money minded mafias in cardiology department.They wont attend you or care for your problems and requests in ICU(cardiology).Example of negligence:1)A request made by diabaetic patient inside cardiac ICU is conveyed to relatives after 2 hours.Pure negligence inside Cardiac ICU,if u visit in midnight to attend a patient you will see all nurses sleeping in chairs and tables around and no one will wake up for attending .If u request them they will get angry on you as you spoiling their sleep and you have to care your patient .But pay hefty money they will collect from you and also will not allow you inside to care for patients because you might come to know that they are sleeping all the time.Next point dont ever think your insurance will get through in this hospital .Initial face reactions on helpdesk will be like they are spending from their pocket and will give negative hopes .They will scream at you to confirm that you pay all mount in cash if insurance reject .After you agree also they will not listen but will serve your with anger to loot whatever they could from you insurance and will inflate bills more .

Worst hospital ever visitedNurses are very rude.They kill the patient.Doctors not give any reply to your doubts, they behave very badly
