Worst Experience Ever... When I entered the shop there was only one customer waiting for their Drink... I just ordered one Choco Nutella and paid the bill.. they made me wait for 30 Mins saying the order is getting prepared and finally came back to me with a smile saying sorry sir server issue you cannot have your drink.. really got angry but simply walked away collecting my cash back..Worst service ever in Nagercoil...

Quality of drink is good compared to some chill out places in chennai...staff are very friendly..nice place to hangout in Nagercoil...

Worst service ever... made me wait for 45 minutes and said server issue Drink cannot be served... person with zero technical knowledge handling the billing part make up wait and finally stepped out without a drink... wasted 1 HOUR in my life in that useless outlet
