The man at the counter sounded rude. I understand during covid we should maintain social distancing But the way he said that to me , made me feel that I should not go back to the place again

Maintained neat like any other ibaco. Flavors taste good.Please note there is no toilet facility for customers. So not sure whether they follow all the guidelines to run a restaurant.

This is one of nicest place to have ice cream. Wide variety of ice creams are available for our choice. Per Kg costs 900rs including toppings. Cleanliness is excellent and the service is also good. Ice cream cakes are available. The size is quite big. Custom made ice cream cakes are available on pre order basis. Cars can be parked on the side of the road.

Little bit pricey! Still worth a try for its awesome taste. Cool ambience as well as friendly staffs. They have huge variety of flavors and toppings. Good place to bring kids. Parking might trouble you at some times.

Ibacco in Nagercoil is one of the best.. It is a destination for night eats.. It has a number of exquisite flavors.. You can get a scoop, try and see the burst of flavors..Jack Fruit Ice Cream , Sharjah Ice Cream and Banana Ice Cream are the specials.. They taste good too..We have tried ice cream cakes too. They have a bulk stock.. Really a large freezer.. You can even place last minute orders for Birthdays.. They are fast in customizing..

Very bad experience tge staffs are not attending the customer properlyI have traveled 40 km to tge only for the brand IbacoBut the staffs not responded to take the order, I never expect this from Ibaco nagercoil

If youre a ice cream lover then you must visit this place once in the life. I am ought to say that the prices of the ice cream is expensive but the taste is super fine.They have more flavours in the ice cream and more variety of the toppings also available. Like almonds, cashews, chocos, chocolate syrup, sprinkles, oreo and more.Now they have more varieties like ice cream pizza and ice cream cake.

I absolutely love this place for ice cream. But Im giving them a one star rating due to the lack of customer service. Although they are helpful with regards to serving ice cream, there are certain areas they will need to improve.1. I came with my family of 7, and we combined 2 tables and moved the chairs so that all of us could sit together. Once we moved the tables, the staff called us over and indicated that we can move the chairs, but not the table. If we use all the chairs, who is going to use the table? What is the purpose of not allowing customers to move the table, but can move the chairs? We ended up holding the cups in our hands the entire time while eating.2. When a customer without a mask entered the store to get ice cream, the staff told the customer that he wont serve the customer ice cream unless he goes and wears a mask. Although the message he wanted to get across is valid, there is a way to say it, with respect. Also, when arguing with the customer about not wearing a mask, the staff kept removing his mask while he spoke. Then what is the purpose of wearing maks?3. The staff mentioned that the rule is to only wear gloves in the right hand because that is the hand they scoop everything with. However, all the spoons to scoop are from the store. They use the left hand to hold the cup, which is what they give the customer, so why would they not also put gloves on the left hand?In the 30 minutes we were sitting there, 3 other customers also complained about the service. A lot of customers come, but so many left because of poor customer service. If you want this ice cream shop to be successful, they will need to be provided with additional training.

Icecream is good with variety of options, go to location for icecream cakes for birthday s . Cake is parceled with ice gellie to prolong the melting, it will last for 1 hr. We had bought the cake and traveled to marthandam for celebration s . Point to note is once you are in home place the cake in freezer so it can be taken out at 12.00 :)

Best customizable ice cream parlor in nagercoil town with nuts and sauces. You pay equal to the final weight of the ice cream.

Nice parlour. But price is too much. When I asked for 1 scoupe they didnt bother and put more content to increase some more sale which is not fair. Ambience is nice.
