Being the fact that they are official Xiaomi partners they sell the phone at a price more or greater than the official price and no offers are provided too when asked for. This was my experience when I went to the store to purchase redmi9prime they were selling it at a price of rs 12.2k (4/128 as 4/64was not available)when asked reason for the price hike they replied we bought it costly too and when I asked for offers on it they denied and said that there were no offers provided by the company.Seriously this was the service provided or a joke.Very disappointed😢😢😢.
