Very poor service, very bad laptop and HP printer experience.2 years ago I gave my laptop back up memory after format a drive. They took 1 month, but they did not solve my problem. However, due to his careless engineer, the Laptop screen hindge is also broken by him.#dellindia#delllaptop#dell#About printer, before 20 days ago I gave HP printer for Service .They told that they will do in 2-3 days but they not give any single response after I took follow up they told that we cant recieve parts from company so we cant do nothing in this, so you can take your printer from here. I recently bought a tenda router from them, turns out the antennas were not able to stand firm, the end parts were coming out of their sockets holding them, I had to complain which they fixed it & returned, 2 days back it was back to same, so took it back & asked them to get me a new piece, was denied, said Ill get the same piece fixed, I simply asked them to replace with a better & costlier router, denied again, so had to return it back & get the money, which they did.

They scratched my laptop screen while repairing and my headphone jack slot is also not working. I felt like there service is poorest among all repairing shops. They charged me 600 rs more than Mrp. You will regret after going to that shop.

The company is a fraud and cheater. I had given my laptop for repair and the bill was of 4200. They forcefully charged me 4284 rupees. They are manner less and does not know how to behave. They also threatened by saying you either pay by cash otherwise we will not return your product. I also have filed a complaint against them in National Consumer Forum.
