It is near my home so frequently visitng it. the things are changing locations frequently. it is congested. not spacious. offers are less. varieties are less. everything is not available. daily primary needs items are available.

Bed service yesterday buy amul cheese qub packet when I rich home seen packet all most open packet inside I seen only 4pcs cheese qub its come inside packet 8pcs not happy bed whos responsible person in store because any coustomer buy anything like that type got packet so no anybody give response cheating with coustomer dairy products self poor service because all most open packet inside only 4pcs how I didnt check packet same time another wise I complain same time

Good place for daily shopping and almost everything is available.Only problem is there are two entry exit but billing at one exit and that pathetic.

Pampers Large 64.pants showing MRP of Rs.1049 and when the staff scanned for checkout it was showing Rs.1099 in Reliance system... The staff called manager asking for help... The manager said to the staff to charge according to the system and not according to the MRP... Didnt bought the product... It was extremely bad experience... I should have buy the product and then I should have report Reliance to the consumer board... Now they are not letting me purchase the same pampers product... Very rude manager... Reliance should look into this dictatorship by their employees

Ordered through JioMart on 18th August 2020. Delivery hasnt been done yet. But App showing that same is been delivered. Initiating police complaint for fraud. No choice as unable to get status either on App/ WhatsApp/ Customer Service number.

No issues regarding the product sold but the staff here are highly indisciplined, rude and theyve got a huge attitude problem. Today had come across one staff named Mittal. She not only behaved badly but also tried instigating me. In front of the manager also she talked rudely with me so getting an apology from her was a way far thing to think of. One of the staff even stated that it was for the third time that a complain was registered against her. Highly disappointed. Some action must be taken.
