This is a Assamese holy place located near rangia. In this temple lots of people visited every day. Here Durga Puja , a puja called guwhair biya in Assamese are organised and animal are cut according to religious believe ..here people are coming and get married.. people believe that here a body part of parbatis body fell here when shiv caring her body... people also tell that shivling of the temple is undergroundly linked with river flowing near the temple.....and water near shivling never dry up.
