Untrained staff. They dont know what a good service is. Bought coffee which was dilute, watery and light. They told me to take tea insted.when I asked why should I drink tea if I want coffee and asked why do you serve such bad coffee they just didnt care to respond.

The tea is simple and refreshing. The place has been created clearly and it is made to look spacious for such a small space. Its clean and has many charging points. A wireless charging station will up the game. There are many options for tea and small eats.

Chai stop is very easy to locate. Actually they are favorite favorite for chai. But you can get a different variety of drinks such as cold coffee and shakes. They also give basic things such as bread buns. I loved the bread bun with butter and potato filled inside it. There are few chairs available to sit and eat generally it is not crowded. The stuff and drinks what I saw were being hygienically made. Avoid going there in group. Parking is slightly an issue if youre going in a car.

The place is greatly located at an intersection and cannot be missed. The place is trendy, lively and colorful. They have clean seating which is comfortable for the short while that a tea asks for. Definitely not a place where you can sit with a novel. A nice place to hang out and have a nice hot beverage.The prices are extremely competitive. It’s almost the same as the ones found in regular tea shops but with a higher quality and a better service.You can surely give it a try if you want to just relax and have a nice cup of tea. While the cafe is all good and has delicious food, their delivery is real time bad. We have faced so many issues related to delivery. Ordered food at around 7 and they were still delivering it in 5 mins at 8:45 pm. Pathetic delivery service and well, if they cannot handle deliveries, they should completely stop it. Never ordering from them. They highly Dissapointed us.

Simple and very good refreshing tea. Ordered lemongrass tea and ginger tea. You won’t be disappointed for sure.

It looks nicer and newer in the photos provided. Im guessing that those were from when they first opened and since then they have done little to maintain it. The one staff member looks unmotivated. The brownie was dry, the cutlet had little vegetables in it, and the teas were tiny. The internet might entice you, but in the end the place is like a photo-shopped disappointment.

Nice place for quick bite - their salt biscuit and another with nuts on top, and Cardamom Chai are my choices

When they started, they were really good, off late theyvr giving s tea kept in flask. Even after requesting to give a fresh one and ready to wait fon10~15 mins. The staff straight away refuse and say thats the only option, and offer refund if u dont want it, which i did.The attitude is horrible now, i used to go 2.5 kms to have a tea there from my office.The begining of the END started for Chai Stop

We are now a regular customer of chai stop. We complete our day by having tea at chai stop every evening here as it is the best in the city with perfect pricing. Mohan is the name of one of the helper here who makes sure every customer receives the desired tea by explaining the variety of teas available and he also remembers the choice of his customers. It is because of him that our visits to chai stop has become regular.

Friendly staff. Fantastic chai. Although its a premix powder due ginger tea, still has the punch. Fantastic bun samosa. Loved their salt cookies.

One of the only places Ive seen in Mysore that has matcha tea and white tea. Its clean and staff are friendly.Would be a good idea for the management to show customers what the ingredients are (whether its natural or artificial or organic). I was surprised to see that the staff didnt know if a tea was natural or not.Would be good for a customer to know where the herbal teas are sourced from especially teas like matcha tea.Also would be nice to have more tables and chairs for customers.Having said this, its a good start. Hopefully things will improve further.
