Actually I have shifted my house to near ring road J P Nagar when I requested for shifting they told me in that area they are not operating directly need to go with franchise. It will be like new connection and again I have to pay 2.5k for that without router. Better go with other provider. Even franchise guy will not response.

Poor service I’ve ever experienced:(I contacted them for installation a week ago and I’ve got no updates. I contacted them again and again but they come up with reasons like they’re out of station every time. Procedures are extremely slow, most importantly people never responds.

Used this connection for approx 4 years. Connectivity and internet speed is amazing. Only issue is with customer service. They take 5-7 days after lodging of the complaint to visit and check the issue. You have to call again and again. Usually there are no issues but once in a while if issue is there, they take long time to repair. Everything else is great

Pros: Service is good and speed is also very high.Cons:Installation cost is high around 3500 and in that they dont even provide router it should be purchased outside and take more than 15 days to install.No refund once connection disconnected and need to return equipments

Well after roaming around for a week I was able to get a connection..... But still I havent received the modem yet, they say theres no stock.... I mean like its not my problem I paid in full for 6 months and now u tell me theres no stock after taking the money how judgemental is that.....

One of the worst broadband services in Mysore, the speed is way less when compared to the actual plan. It’s been 1 week since a complaint was registered for this and still it has not been rectified. Highly suggest to everyone to opt for a different broadband service in your area and not go for this.

Ever never use this connection, they are giving used devices, and frequently connection will loss and u need to raise ticket it will get resolved in 48 hrs but in work from home situation its really very hard.and no management will listen to you only customer care people will answer that too same answer every time.Totally a worst service..

Its been more than 4 months.. havent faced any major issues. Installation took some 2-3 weeks time. Except that its been great in terms speed service everything. There was some LOS issue one day and the issue was resolved in less than half a day. This was only time i faced an issue. Its been great. Thanks for the good service and appreciate the efforts of people who take complaints and resolve it soon.

The best internet, i was having so much trouble while working in work from home, after got connection of internet in yestel broadband, i was very happy working and the speed i got is incredible, watching movies without buffering, i was so happy for the internet, almost it as been 5 months, i never got slow internet. I specially thank for the Sowmya sis for advising to get good internet connection & thank u yestel broadband 😊😊😊.....

WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!!!, My WiFi went out for half a week and ever when I called the customer service but they are no help. They gave me 3 different numbers for a technician the first one doesnt work, the second one works but claimed that they are not technicians and the third one is never picked up (trust me I continuesly called for 2hr straight without stopping every day for a week). When I called the last time to customer service they said they are doing maintenance BUT my neighbor to my left by 1 wall uses yashtel and has working WiFi so how is that even possible. MY ADVICE IS TO SWITCH TO A DIFFERENT INTERNET PROVIDER. MAYBE AIRTEL (They might be shittyer but at least they have better service). Edit: I also forgot if you ask customer service a question they cant answer the cancel the call on you.

These people are fakes. They say unlimited and speed this and that. But after just 50 GB usage they purposely reduce the bandwidth ,speed throttle . I am saying this in a time of unlimited package and i am a computer science background individual. Dont choose this

You would feel it is good only until you dont face any problem that requires their attention because the technician will never attended your problem, the customer service center is only there to pick register complaints and to tell you daily that the technician would attend your problem today for sure, and that is what they tell you daily. I have raised a problem 6 days back and every single day since last 6 days when I call, tell them my customer id and all that I hear is the name of the person assigned and that he would definitely come today. While they make us pay in advance as the prepaid plan and I have paid the fee and no internet from the last 6 days. Administration to the poorest levels. All that they want is new connections and dont care for existing customers.

LONGTERM FEEDBACK:I had been a customer for over 4 years. I had opted their service as they were the only ISP who offerred FTH (Fiber) connection in 2017.Pro: The bandwidth allocation and latency are within plausiable limits.Cons:1.HORRENDOUS after sale service.2.If you have any issues out of the normal they will take ages to respond or rectify.All the customer care suggests is to delete browser history and cache.(LOL)3.The only thing they are fast at is to terminate the connection at the expiry of period.4.OVERPRICED.5. Lack proper channel for quick troubleshooting. They donot even communicate. Have to explain the same issue everytime you call.6. Frequent internet down time. On an average atleast twice every month.If they continue with the same government office mentality competition will eat them up.

I have been trying to contact yashtel , and there is no response. I had renewed my acc and the connection is still offline while account is active. There is no response at all . No one answers up the phone. There is no compensation also for all the days that the wifi gets cut out and the wifi doesnt work for atleast 5-6 days in a month.

From past 1 week i have been facing the internet connection issue and raised a complaint regarding it. The Yashtel service provider of Torangallu are least bothered to resolve my issue. First of all they dint take any action to find out the root cause of the problem pf first few days and when ever i try to contact them they just neglect the call ,never even tried to response it. I have tried to contact as many as 5 people regarding this but they all turned to be same and not a single positive response is received.They just carried over the dates and gave absurd reasons of my connection problem. I have even submitted enquiry in their registered mail id and called their customer care number ( head office Mysore) but they too are as good as dead. Till now the situation is same .This service provider is Irresponsible , Fraudster and Lack professionalism.

Yesterday connection activation is done they have given an old modem some time it connects and some its shows LOS loss of signal due to the old modem they have charge 2590 Rs 2000/- for installation and modem cost but they have put the old modem

Network is fine, but it will be disconnecting during midnight and lot of reconnecting issue.

We wanted an Internet connection very quickly ! We were guided by Shruthi (staff) and all the documents were processed online quickly without any hassle, so no need to step into their office. They assured to take the request on a priority basis and the connection was provided within a week considering weekend and festival holidays. Staff followed up with us post the connection. Internet connection is stable and provides the mentioned bandwidth. Overall, the process was quick and hassle free.

If there is an option choose some other network rather than these people. Customer service is pathetic.

Feedback: if you raise your voice to fix the issue, then they send a person name manjunath hegade to disconnect the connection and he tries to enter my home forcefully to take modem during Covid time. I end up shouting and stopping him from entering my premise and regret myself in taking connection from this kind of service people who are arrogant to customers. i do not recommend Yashtel broadband for any of my friends. They keep disconnecting atleast once in 3 days and they do not resolve it to save the data. Ultimately you will end up using internet for 18 days instead of 28 days but you will have to deposit the money for future days in advance. If you want to experience most interrupted internet connection in the world, please have this adventure by taking connection from yashtel. If you keep calling them, person name Manjunath hegade who will come next ur home to disconnect connection and says he is not interested to provide service. He also threatens me on what he can do if i raise my voice. All these are recorded in CCtv camera and also recorded in my mobile.

I see there are lot of negative reviews in Google, I was very hesitant to take the connection, but there is barely any option in Mysore. I took the connection keeping my fingers crossed, but fortunately my experience was not bad, infact I paid for new connection on 25th April and installation was done on 2nd May, as per their promised TAT. I took 25mbps speed plan at a very reasonable price.

Horrible service guys, they came to resolve the issue & went back without resolving it, upon enquiring they started giving some stupid reasons that it’s dark & all, when we informed them that we would be proving required lights, they told they won’t work at this time & they will come back 2 days later..... when I asked them, should we switch to any other network, they told, your wish, we don’t care. If we take a new connection, they will ask you to buy a router , and if we purchase a router , the installation guys comes and tell you that , this router is not correct , it’s not working , without checking it , nor trying it , in such a unprofessional way , he doesn’t respond to u at all, and they bring an old modem and install it for a new connection , yesterday I only installed the router by myself , he just activated the internet without a proper installation, and Ran away like he have done something wrong , mainly my question is that , why guys provide the second hand modem and why guys keep such a unprofessional guys to do the work and not responding , as why do u guys charge 2000 Rs , everything to be done by ourselves, why we should pay you , which cn be done by over selves,and not receivin the phone also to complaint.

Yashtel: Hopeless, horrible worst.3rd class service by Yashtel. I would suggest Mysoreans to go for jio fibre or other connections but not Yashtel. In past 6 months I had disconnection issue almost every month. The problem is not with disconnection, its with the horrendous terrible response from the Yashtel team. No matter what issue u complaint, they would say 48 hours needed for connection. Will they repay 2 days money to customers? Everytime I ask them the customer representatives provide horrible answers and they r least bothered about your issues. I stay just 1.5 km away from Yashtel office yet when ever issue happens they take 48 to 72 hrs no matter how much u beg/shout/demand thats the speed at which they work. Everytime internet shuts I had to face trouble from office as most of us are working from home. We pay hard earned money and these guys give zero respect for that. Zero class and zero customer centricity and zero standard. Big brands like bsnl didnt learn the lesson and eventually they had to shut down. Yashtel Broadband network is basically they first commissioned in Mysuru city decades ago and based on their rich broadband service experience they are serving in few districts now in Karnataka. Since am a existing customer of yashtel(bengaluru branch), the service and the speed of the internet is quite good and very rarely i get low speed of data connection. I hope they carry the same service to other places as well.
