Customer Service is good, hence I m giving one star. But quality of the jewels is not satisfactory. I purchased pair of anklets for my daughter and the anklet link broke within a week. Also beware they dont mention the purity of the silver jewelry. When you try to cash in at any other jewelry be ready to suffer a loss of atleast 50% for silver wares purchased from here.Overall not happy with the silver ornaments purchased from here.

Very bad service from staff they dont even pick call, till booking of order and advance payment they take our requests once its done they dont even respond properly shame on them. Very disappointed, I would give them negative rating to be honest. Please think twice before making advance payment.

Went to buy a gold earring with a very very simple design. Asked for an unbelievable 18% wastage and 100 RS per gram. Total ripoff - never visiting again

The staff is very helpful. Jewellery is good would be nice if they had some pieces that go with western dresses. I liked the experience of shopping there and will definitely go again.

Took a silver bullion of 14.4 grams. But was billed 15 grams. My mistake was I didnt check the bill will paying cash. N I ended up paying .6 gram worth money. It may be smallest of amount but I felt let down. Definitely wont recommend to others. While paying check the bill properly..
