VRL logistics is very famous company. Service is also very nice but transportation cost is little costly. Recently I shifted one scooter to Mangalore and they charged me Rs 3000/-. I have enquired and they told we will charge equal to one ton capacity. But this cost feels me very costly. Management has to take decision regarding this please which may help to many people. Thank you.

Poor serviceFirst they were accepting the orders without the bill (if you want to ship your things to other cities for your family members ) but not they ask for the invoice to get it shipped. And the employees also mentioned they only ship the pakages of the firm or company and not the publics pacages without the firm bill as mentioned above.

Carry a xerox copy of your identity card while going to collect your parcel. Otherwise you will have to walk two miles to get it.

Best and cheap mode of transport to transport the stuff within the State and other places in the Country. The service is good. But the problem is we have to do loading and unloading of our stuffs by ourselves or have to hire loaders.

Very large place for courier service. But staffs are behaving like government officials. You need to beg and request for service. We have made to wait for an hour to weighing the product and made to dispatch. Totally feels like government officials with not willing to help

VRL Logistics are not helping the customer who bring less parcel for courier services. VRL preferring the small traders and business people. They are not answering the queries of parcel and rude attitude as well. People wants to send a courier to VRL. Please directly approach them about parcel before take it to them. My case was that I had called and informed about parcel content. They said bring the parcel to the VRL office but they refused to take into parcel after we taken our packed goods to VRL Office. Very very bad experience.

Quick when you need to pick up the goods, but booking goods to another station will test your patience as the employees responsible for booking are understaffed, and there is a constant rush.

Once goods reached to the destination,After the billing they request us to recieve the goods to the godown Nd when recieving there are labours and none of them helps to unload those and when we are signing the documents they requested us to pay some money for coffee/tea as a tip.Pathetic ppl for the well established logistic service , management should look around these kind of ppl who are a black mark for the organisation

The people is not good at handling things. The hamali charge is charged extra at the receiving end. They could have included it earlier it self. I have to narrate my experience, I have sent my cycle from Mysore to tumkur (where my family is) the brake wire was cut and it was swinging, lot of scratches were on the cycle ( I knew the potential risk of scratches on the cycle) but didnt expect so many scratches, that are too deeper.
