These people hv provided me a battery which has a manufacture defect. I hv been contacting them for over a year about the problem but they hv not replaced it. So Whenever there is no power, there is no UPS either. So what is the fun in having a UPS at home if it doesn’t work during power disruption? If it does, it el only be for less than half an hour ! & they promise 8 points with 4 hours back up, which never happens.They attend to the problem when u call them but not to ur satisfaction & the problem continues to persist. Each time u need to pay them 350 per visit whether they set it right or not. They insist on annual maintainance bcz they make money in it but it dies not help u much as it includes the minimum expense of distilled water, etc. & in 5-6 years u wl hv paid 8000-9000 Rs which is more than the cost of ur battery !! So guys, think before u choose annual maintainance!

One of the worst company I came through my life.. they gave battery ,its not working properly. Took it back told will give stand by and didnt give for 3 days. Took ups told will give stand by didnt come back 4 days .. horrible service .. if i come to see there boss will definitely punch him in the face and break his nose

Worst sales and service.This is one of the worst company when it comes to delivery time and service. I have booked a Solar inverter and been waiting from past 10 days....... initially they tell within 2-3 days and then within 1 week but still no one cares. As a customer we have to call more than 10 times and know the update and they never call you what so ever and make you wait day after day...... Please think before purchasing anything from Silicon Controls
