Bought an iPhone 11. Had been to store @ Habitat mall time to purchase & bought an phone within minutes.The staff were very supportive & patient. They helped to transfer data & everything. They dont understand the term called work ethics.They do not understand the mistake and gang up against the customer. They sell merchandise without the bills. And then blame the customer for not asking for one. ill mannered staff also do not blame the customer when the mistake is from your end you gave me the bill after an year I have visited you store thrice and I was asked to come later so the mistake is yours and I am at loss here so mister dont do nice talks saying you will give the bill now keep the bill and hats of to your work ethics and commitment mistake was yours. Nor soft copy nor hard copy was shared as per it was said so stop this blame game on the customer. Accept the mistake there is no point in giving after the warranty you mistake was that you never have the bill after asking so compensate for you mistake rather than blaming back to the customer.

Had some App purchase / payment issues with my new I Pad. The staff at this Stores were very helpful in resolving the issues. Though was getting error messages repeatedly, their staff Mr Chetan very patiently resolved the issue. I bought iPhone 12 Pro Max from iDeation at BM Habitat Mall, Mysuru. I pre booked by paying advance on 8th November 2020 and got my phone on 1st day of sale I.e on 13th November 2020. The response of Ravi Kumar and Kiran on phone calls and as well as at stores on both the dates above mentioned were appreciable. They both carry smiling face at work place. Both of them are polite with customers. Over-all experience is good, I wish to visit the stores again and again to buy more apple products in upcoming days. Thank You.

Hi, I am an iPhone user since 10 years. I work in Bangalore and 2 months back, purchased my iPhone 11 from Ideation- BM, Mysore. Chethan and team has provided fantastic support and have a lot of passion and patience when it comes to ensuring customer satisfaction. highly appreciate the attention they gave to me as a customer.The experience has been so good that I have purchased my iPhone 12 Max about an hour back from Chethan & team and now heading back to Bangalore. The staff here arent fully aware of the products sold by Apple and the items on display in the showroom is very limited. For instance, the staff hadnt seen an apple pencil until I went there to get a screen protector.

Very Bad Experience. Unresponsive Staff.I visited this store on 14th Feb 2108. There were offers running on wide range of apple products and as any Apple fan I was tempted to buy an Apple product. I entered the Showroom and I was greeted by Suraj ( Showroom Owner ) , he was very warm and explained me about offers and told that to avail this offer I need my PAN/ Aadhar & cheque book. He said this offer will end 12 Midnight and Shop will be open till that time so I can go home and bring all the documents. I was happy with the thought of getting a IPAD even if it requires some bit off effort in odd hours.I came back ( 10:30 ) with all documents . Suraj directed one of his guy to start processing my document and he moved out. Now started my bad time in the store ... the person tried adding my profile in HDFC portal but it was not responding due to some technical issue. So this person asked other salesperson to check with Suraj on what is the way forward . Now this Salesperson is a JOKER ... he says I will not call Suraj at this time . I felt he is scared or SHY calling his boss ... but I found he is not the only one... rest all showed the same attitude . So here I am Standing in the corner looking at all Sales Person busy in there own world NO ONE concerned about customer. Meanwhile this data entry guy also moved away and started packing his bag . After waiting for 10 mins when I asked what is happening .. they again started making faces on who will call Suraj ... finally one guy took courage and called .. I dont know what Suraj said ..... after that another data guy came and started doing the process .. but this time also it didnt worked ... now it is 11:30 PM .And now last part of Experience is something which I never expected from an APPLE Store ... When this person again called Suraj he got an advice from other side to tell customer that It is not possible to do this , we cannot give you this offer . I asked this person do you have any back office contact in HDFC who can help .. he said NO . I left the show room , my frustration is not about a offer which I missed It is about the response of the people , who dont bother about you.Mr Suraj ,Technology should work for us not other way round. If this HDFC issue happened with 10 more customers , would you have recommened the same thing .. I am sure NO .. you would have worked on some solution to avoid customers going to some other Apple store in city. When a customer enters an Apple store he expects a world class experience which no other brand can match ..but if you change your way of delivering based on the number of customers or time of the day or sales ... that is not APPLE .... Why we should come to a Retail store ? Because we expect a level of responsiveness , we can touch and experience products , we know that there will be people who will solve any problem ... but what happened yesterday was completely in contrast..Please bring more maturity in to your salesperson and try to empathize with customer ...

Ideation people have opened and tampered my iphone SE,64gb Rose Gold.I have been roaming everyday and calling for solutions but none of them is reactingEven Suraj, mysore head of ideation is not reactingIf I call ideation people, they say you can complain anywhere.Such a worst experience and now my iPhone SE of 31000, is in dead condition. Please beware of ideation employees. They may replace or do changes by removing your phones.Even I have complained to Apple head still no reply
