Best courier service if you want to ship your package, very little staff but very helpful in nature.

Worst Ever courier service ,When i called them for the package , they told they will deliver when ever they want . they updated the status without contacting me.Pathetic service ever.They spoke to me very badly.

If there was negative i would hav given negative...worst of all...morning when i called they said out for delivery..even in website it was reflecting the same..evening they changed it to customer requested rescheduled themselves..when i call 100 times unresponsive.. customer care guy picks call..asks for awb number disconnects immediately..if they dont want to do this business please close your office..instead of cheating and being rude to customers...would never use fedex again

I have made about 40 calls since 11:30 in the morning and the call does not connect.....based on the direction provided on Maps tried reaching their office...but it leads to empty site where you dont even find a building....their delivery boys are one of the worst one could ever come across and they are extremely rude and behave like anti social elements who are ready to take law into their own hands....its quite natural for delivery boys to behave that way because there is no means of connecting to the local office to raise a complaint or issue. ....All in all this terrible bunch of people have given me a experience which is far worse than any of the courier service providers in India....

Nice staff , and u can pick up your stuff from here too, they have enough space in front for your vehicle to pick up the stuff.

(hardly 6-7 KMs between this office and our home) will it require 10-11 hours to reach within the same City and that too in Mysuru ?????Thursday morning 11 AMSame guy says again it is out for delivery.After long argument, he was asking for Bribe for Coffee.How much ???Four to Five Thousand ........Yes exactly four to Five thousand required for his coffee just to delivery from his office to our home.IS THIS FEDEX ????Finally on Friday, After long, strong arguments...we took to the product on our own car and brought home.So overall it took NINE days to get our product from Bengaluru to Mysuru (our home) which of just 140 KMs.....it is not between Arctic and Antarctica.....FEDEX are you listening to us ???????-

The FedEx location on Google maps is wrong. I followed the map and reached a remote area where the car could not proceed....
