Best business class hotel available in that area at real affordable pricing.Clean rooms and bathroom. Only issue is that their restaurant is closed. Shouldnt be a problem because there are lots of restaurants near by and the room boys will also get you food from outside

Had stayed here for a day or two and the service is too good. The staff was extremely cooperative at all times. Very well maintained and sanitised rooms. I just paid 1.3k for one day stay including GST and for the quality of rooms they have it’s definitely worth it. Had a wonderful stay.

The stay in sunflower has been pleasant. Hotel rooms are very clean. Room are big. Bathrooms are classy. Staff and managers are very friendly. Room rates are reasonable. Rooms were cleaned every day. Mysore palace and zoo are 20 min drive There is General store near the hotel. Currently breakfast is not served but you get tea and coffee. For non vegetarian there is pearl restaurant near hotel where you get good malbari briyani,soups and other chicken starters. For pure veg restaurant you can go to Ashirwad grand restuarant.

Nice stay, they gave early check-in. It has restaurant facility. They will also provide woolen jackets, gloves and other winter essentials it seems for rent.

Extremely worse experience....will neither go again nor suggest anyone for the same. Being a 3star Hotel the service and the staff quality is very low.they dont have a status to provide a bottle of water to their costumers.they charged me Rs 20 for a single bisleri water bottle.1. The Room Size is too small like a match box2. the service is very poor as after calling several times to the front office they hardly bother to give a response to the customers.3. The DTH was not working4. In a Super Delux Double Room AC they have only one chair so no provision to order the food to room and eat at your convenience.5. Out of 4 charging points only 1 was working.Overall Experience was horrible

Good service and clean rooms.. but lack guest washroom or option to early check-in. We reached one hour before and only washroom they can provide was staffs washroom and it lacked basic necessities like handwash and mirror.

Excellent budget hotel. The room was big enough for three people. The washroom was clean and all the required toiletries were kept. Hotel staff was polite and always ready to help. Breakfast was also very good with decent variety. Safe parking area for cars.

The room was nice and spacious. Apart from that, there were a few flaws:1. No fridge or e-locker facility as described here while booking for various room types.2. No specific hotel closed parking. Parking is shared with the supermarket next to the hotel, which sometimes gets crowded.3. Shortage of water in the bathroom, especially in the mornings.4. Breakfast menu is very limited for this 3 star hotel.The staff is well behaved and provide prompt service.

Good maintenance

It was quite nice, decent price for such good rooms. The service here was of quality, the staff was cooperative. The location of the hotel is just perfect, everything you need is nearby. Just one thing that disappointed me a bit was that proper breakfast meals begin at 11, before that only the bakery is open, so we had to manage with veg puffs & cutlets.Overall, it was great and worth for money 👌

I have been there before 2 weeks ago,its located at Mysore ..This is one of the well Maintained and well-known hotel in this area ...Room and their service was simply great..Just loved to be there..Cleaned well .

The stay was really good, supportive and friendly staff. Interiors are nice but no great views from the room. Food is also not great and definitely Not suitable for pure vegetarians. Has a parking lot, easy to identify in normal traffic. Washrooms are clean. Has a super store adjoining it, so basic items are handy. Also adjoining is St. Josephs hospital for any medical emergency.

I checked into this hotel after reading some of the reviews....It is nice hotel but little away from the city....The receptionist was courteous and they gave us a good deal for a single night stay....The room was clean and seemed appropriate for the price paid...The staff were friendly and helpful....We ordered Non-Veg food from the restaurant next door and the food was very good with a nominal pricing... Overall we were to a very good stay experience until checking out today morning 8.30 AM...The front office handed me the food bill when I handed my card he didnt look pleased (not sure if he was expecting cash...)...I never seen anybody try swiping the card so fast and he came back saying that the card is not working in a angry tone....I requested him to try once more and explained to him that the card is valid and I used the same card to pay the room charges yesterday when checking in and that seem to anatoganize him more...This time he tried so forcefully that my chip card almost broke and he came back saying that my card is not valid....i gave him another card of mine and again he acted forcefully and said even the second card is also not valid...Though shaken by his tone and demeanor I handed him another card of mine he seemed angry again and used another swipe machine and it worked this time....I suggested that he should practice some patience while using the machine he simply retorted that he has used card machines all this while he never made any eye contact with me....He neither felt sorry or apologized saying the machine was faulty and there was no rush on him in the morning hours... Overall I was surprised how this individual was made to sit in the front office with such mean demeanor.....One rotten individual is enough to bring down the name of such good establishments! But for this mean individual I would rate this hotel 4 star

Worst experience ever

Had a terrible experience. Booked this for a weekend trip to Mysore with elderly parents and small baby. One of the room became full of insects in the middle of the night. When we asked to change the room, they shifted us to a room which was used as a store room. After all this when next day we asked them to compensate for the same, they were not at all bothered. Would not suggest to any one for this hotel.

There was no refrigerator in the room whereas it was mentioned while the booking was done. Also, TV didnt have quite a few channels, notably hindi movies.Hotel amenities were good otherwise.

Staff are helpful and friendly.Needs little maintenance for taps and should provide better bucket etc in bathroom.Room service during peak hours like dinner needs to be improved. They provide plates for food in room service but no bowl, spoon etc.Although, on request they made some adjustments.

Dont get fooled by the ambience of the room. Take care of your belongings. I stayed in this hotel on 25th june, 2018 and had a checkout on 26th june. The delivery staff put all my luggage in the taxi i booked, when i reached at my place in Bangalore, i found my wallet empty, i had rs 5000. Not even a single 10rs note was dere. I complained it to the hotel manager but they declined it completely, saying they trust their staff blindly. They did not refund to even half of that amount. It is highly unprofessional on their part. Plz do not book this hotel at all. Let them learn some manners and learn how to care about their guests

The hotel is 2.5km away from the mysuru bus stand. But the hotel is very nice and well decorated. The rooms are also well maintained. The staffs are very helpful and they provide room service. The breakfast is complementary and the food was very tasty. The food served by them is from pearl resturant which is a part of that hotel and that resturant had all types of food. A very comfortable stay at mysore.

We booked the room at the reception. The rent was 2300rs /day with breakfast which was not high to us. The break fast was good.The room have queen size bed,hair dryer, AC, TV, 24hrs hot water which all worked in good condition. Room cleaning service was good. Parking space a little bit less. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.We prefer this hotel to stay on our next trip to Mysore.

Very neat hotel, I liked it very much as it really worth of money. Not very costly, good breakfast and you will everything of what you need from hotel. Toilets were clean and toiletries were provided which includes everything for your need. AC rooms, enough lighting and friendly staff. We booked it at last movement and were not sure about how will it be and found it amazed by looking at the rooms and locality.

I booked the room with my fiance. Before booking on MMT I read all the terms and policies of hotel which says valid ID is all they need. We reached hotel checked in and then they called and said they dont allow unmarried couples. When I argued I read all the policies before, the receptionist simply kept saying they have mentioned it on the policies. Anyway first she lied next they told its not allowed after checking in. God knows why they didnt told us immediately. Its an average hotel with average rooms located outside the city. You can find many, better and cheaper in the city. National Residency is a far better option.

Great stay and nice food. Rooms were specious for 3 of us as we stayed here for a one day on our way to Ooty. You can get almost everything as they have super mart in same building. Common room is also available for drivers. Overall all 👍🏻 thumbs up.

It is an overall good hotel, located near JSS in Bannimantap. Good rooms and satisfactory service. Good to stay for parents or students coming to JSS as they offer a discount for them as well.

When we checked in they taken my Original ID card and promised to handover the same while check out. But they didnt and I too forgot to collect. When I reached my home town I called the hotel and enquied about my ID card the person Nikil in the reception accepted the mistake but asked me to transfer money for the courier charges to send my card. Its really bad and show how they are friendly with customer. I paid more than 10k for my stay but they wants me to send this petty amout for their mistake. So recommand not to stay this cheaters. And more over its not family friendly hotel.
