The quality of the products at the heritage are superb! From the incredibly beautiful wall hangings, exquisite carpet’s, beautifully crafted Sandalwood art pieces and the beautiful jewelry, The Heritage is not to be missed! The staff was not only knowledgeable but the owner, Aijaz, was extremely helpful in getting me this incredible wall hanging back to the United States after my visit to Mysore. I would recommend a visit to the Heritage for everyone! And I plan on returning when I return back to India🙏❤️

I have been to the Heritage twice and since then they have become my only source for Kashmiri Pashminas and Indian mandalas. Their selection is unique and they adapt to all your requests. The best is the freedom they give you when you shop. Take your time and dont feel you need to buy anything is their motto. Aijaz Patoo and his partners have a great store. The heritage is an authentic place for pashmeena shawls, stoles, scarves and gemstones, among others. Their carpets and wall hangings are out of this world. Most of their products are hand made and the quality is simply the best ! You do not have to worry about authenticity, as all of their products are original. Their staff are extremely courteous, not hesitating to answer any question thrown at them ! A wonderful experience everytime i visit them.

What a rip off... Smooth talking sales guy sold us a scarf for 60 GBP, expensive but nice. It mysteriously became 600 GBP (57000 rupees) at the till. When we contacted the store owner he was full of apologies and offered a partial refund. But when he consulted his business partner he decided to withdraw the offer. Moral of the tale is always check the amount on the PIN pad and do your own currency conversion before you commit. Our tour operator tried to help us and will be avoiding this emporium in future.

One of the best shop for all the handicrafts in Mysore. Mr. Aijaz the owner is very warm and friendly he guides and explains about products clearly. People with a unique and antique taste can find their choice of products here. I had been to many handicrafts stores and got cheated but when i visited this place its really worth your money for the products.

This is the right place to buy good quality Indian made handicraft. We bought a rug, a wall decoration, statues, paintings and many other things. The prices are fair and the vendors are helpful and knowledgeable (not pressing at all). Aijaz is very good in guiding clients to find what they are looking for. I highly reccomend this place!

The Heritage is a veritable hall of wonders. Their shawls, jewelry and pyjama dresses are exquisite, but best of all is the friendly service. They really want to help you find what you like, and dont press their wares on you. We were helped by Aijaz who was very kind and knowledgeable. Everytime when Im in Mysore, I visit The Heritage. They have an excellent selection of scarves and pashmina, jewelry and singing bowls. But also a very nice collection of carpets from Kashmir. The shop is clean and spacious, staff is super nice.

Good for foreigners, not so special for local people, expensive for local people and worthy for foreigners, less staff, good customer service only for foreign tourists. Its not a regular gift shop, so we cant even expect any gifts here. Its a regular article (not a gift) shop for tourists.

Products were over priced and didnt have good finishing or quality.

Came here looking for a Nataraja statue and Ajay and Ichbal were very charming. They looked after me, showing the many different statues and gave me a good prices for such detailed craftsmanship. I left with a beautiful piece for my alter ☺

Wow, I am so happy I found Mr Aijazz and his kind, knowledgeable staff at The Heritage. Mr Aijazz, in particular, has an encyclopedic knowledge of rugs and just about everything in his store. I was looking for a Shiva Nataraja statue for days. I found the highest quality and the best price here. Every employee in this shop is extremely kind and open. There is no pressure and when I left I felt that I had received more than a statue. I received an education. I know that I will return to this beautiful store again and again. Do yourself a favor and stop in to visit Mr Aijazz before you go anywhere else.
