The store is newly opened, it was a saviour for us since it was opened on the day I delivered my baby. Since being close to our residence it was like a everyday visit there. They have all the newborn and mother needs in one place. Being newly opened the staff are not equipped with all the information about the products but things will change I hope.Collection wise everything is available and we need to search patiently but can’t look upon the staff for guidance because they themselves don’t know the usage of several products there.

No much collections. Not worth buying. Try buying in online where you will get better collections in discounted rate. Need to work on quality and customer service.

I strongly doesnt suggest anyone to buy from this store where you will get 0% discount and no much collections available compared to Hopscotch. Hopscotch is really worth buying. This first cry store manager said that they follow online billing system, both in app and in the store its the same price and no additional discounts especially on shoes and apparels, only for toys they have discounts but later I didnt get discount even for the toy I purchased, billing person said discount not applicable for the toy I purchased. Later when I came back home after purchasing all that, I was just scrolling FC page and exploring first cry app where I could see same items in discounted rate [20% to 25% discount]which made me very disappointed and lost my trust towards FC. Customer service is also hopeless *This was my first cry and it remains as the last one too*, jokes apart. Hopscotch is better than first cry-try it!!.
