They dont even respond after visit. We waited almost a week to know about status and finaly when we call in toll free number to check update we come to know that part not available, they should have to told this on first day. WHY WAITED SO MUCH. CREEPS!

One of the worst centre I have ever seen. I dnt knw why such reputed company tie up with kind of non technical people in one word they are sitting just to make money not for any service for their customers. In warranty period they will not replace any parts even if it is genuine issue with parts. shame on Panasonic
