Apollo home collection is the worst. Sample collector did not turn up on time it was more than 1 hour delay, I tried contacting and the worst part is phone was switched off. I finally canceled order and got it done from Accura diagnostics

Always phone problem... Above phone number invalid, and if it is call blood bank phone ring will be disconnect..

If for your home sample collection, youre assigned Mr. Shivraj, you might as well cancel right away. Highly unprofessional and as soon as he gets to know you have already paid for the services, his attitude and behavior changes. He stops picking calls and never shows up for the home collection.

Worst services by Shivraj.He doesnt attend the calls even after sending a message. He dodges, and keeps u waiting for several days telling he is going to arrive shortly. The lady Shilpa at the centre also responds rudely saying they cant spoil their Sunday.Humble request to post other reliable and genuine staff.

Home collection of blood sample is really helpful. Mr. Shivraj is just a call away. He responds quick and arrives on time. I have never had bad experience since last 1.5years.

Genuine and highly professional staff, specially Shivaraj who collects the samples 👌. Till now testing results were looks accurate. Keep up the good work patient health and safety is always priority.

The lab technicians doesnt even have patience to listen to our requirements and do the needful. Even after couple of followups they dont understand the issue and instead respond very unprofessionally.
