Good place to get certain accessories & gears but Id suggest looking into other shops as well as online as the prices are high! Also if youre looking for anything in particular that youre ready to pay advance and order, still they wont get it. I waited over a 2 years for 4 helmets (extended the wait due to covid) and they didnt bother at all. My friend waited for few months and then just went to Bangalore and bought it. Dont get me wrong, theres quite a good amount of options but anything apart from that is shown very little interest or care.The owner (father) is much responsible and shows interest to get the items if not available than the son running the business. My other friend who bought a bicycle there too had very bad experience including making him wait in the shop whole day for 2 days and not providing the service that was promised.Overall Id say look for other options including online as well as other shops and dont just stick to this.

WORST SERVICE AND PRODUCTS...since the day I bought a bike from here there is one or the other issue....the paint came out...multiple punctures....stand and seat had come out....tired of getting them fixed...dont waste ur money by buying here....his words and the products which he is delivering doesnt match...

I have shopped here multiple times!Shop is all good. I like that. One stop for all Bicycles and Motorcycle needs.Then Y 3 stars - I had been there today for getting my riding gears, i personally did not like the attitude of the shop assistant, I simply left and went to the other store.

I bought a helmet from a well known dealer with a fancy showroom on 100ft road in Mysore, and within a month, the visor clips broke. It was an LS2 and the shop refused to take it back, and i told that spare parts cannot be found for this brand.As a last resort, i asked Manish, the owner and what he did set an example for customer service. He took a new helmet from the store, removed the clips and put it for mine.It does have a good collection of motorcycling and biking gear, but perhaps more than that, the guy has character.And for that, its worth a purchase.Great going, Bike Studio!

If you want to buy MT helmets at cheaper price then visit rajath motors on 100ft double road. The owner is very polite and there is a good collection of MT helmets

Very bad customer service. The employee and owner is very rude. They sell all sorts of duplicate helmets and jackets. My friend bought a AGV K-1 helmet and he got it cross checked with the company distributors and found it was fake!Not recommended store at all

X Bicycle within 1 month Side stand broken and 2 times tyre puncture.Brought side stand within 1 day broken. For X Bicycle they didnt give the warranty or manual book.For Service they given handwritten schedule. I doubt on the genuine s of the products they sell.

I scanned the barcode and mine was geniuine :)

Though the cycles are good , the servicing part if you have any problem is pathetic here . they took one week Just to to change a tyre and tube for my cycle which was really disgusting...I hope after reading this review they improve it ..
