Great hospitality!We stayed for a night and the service was impeccable. All the basic amenities and provided and no lack at all. We didnt have a chance to enjoy any meal apart from breakfast which was good. The pool was shut due to covid restrictions, would not mind staying here again.

Facilities that were very good:Breakfast spread (4 out of 5)Facilities that need immediate attention: (3 out of 5)1. Alternate arrangements for distribution of in room information like room service, dos and donts (WhatsApp cannot be the only medium!)2. Adequate flush tank design and pressure in wash rooms for basic hygiene.3. Proper supervision of facilities like towels, soaps in the rooms before allocation.4. House keeping staff need to be provided with gloves while removing used food plates.

Nice comfortable hotel. They have a handicraft shop also which is reasonable and you can buy sarees and show pieces from there. The breakfast was very tasty. I wanted to go for spa but found it to be bit pricey.

A lovely and simple place to dine . The staff is very warm and friendly. We had a quick stop over for lunch during our travel. We enjoyed it and could unwind for few hours. Good food , people and clean set up

Clean hygienic hotel with fine amount of open space. They have kids room also with few toys, swings and slides for small kids. Breakfast buffet was good and having both south Indian and north Indian food options.

Amazing royal entrance lobby .Cozy rooms( I had swimming pool view) and dinner buffet is awesome and worth. White pasta is amazing served in dinner. Swimming pool was closed.

The hotel is located very close to Mysore sub urban bus stand. It has good accessibility as it is located on wide road. It has good entrance and a small pool there is a small lawn for photo shoot. The entrance has good looby with good seating. The rooms are spacious.

Don’t get fooled. It’s not an ITC hotel. Service is far below par. Staff at front office are rude. My key was not working & they sent me up & down 3 times before finding out there was a problem with the lock. They refused to give extra time for extended check out saying hotel is fully booked, but rooms were available plenty on various apps even though I am an ITC club member. Will not stay here again or recommend. I don’t know why ITC is associated with this hotel. Pathetic

Service is extremely fast even during the weekends when the hotel is booked completely. Breakfast is good. Comfortable beds. Go for hill view rooms.

The staff aint polite. Rooms can be definitely better. Small rooms, definitely not worth the money. Room service sucks !

Amazing hospitality, very near to Palace and Zoo.Clean and well maintained rooms, I see house keeping members frequently cleaning common areas. I would suggest call Hotel for booking to get best rate rather than using 3rd party sites.

Reception was pretty cold.It was pretty insulting for guest to pay the charges during check-in.Asked for non smoking room. But the room smelled pretty bad when entered. After requesting to front office they changed to other room.No hotels nearby for dinner.

One of the beat hotel in Mysuru. I stayed in this hotel multiple time both for official and personal trips. Ambiance in hotel reception, rooms and restaurant is very good. Hotel staff is professional. All varieties of food is available in restaurant and restaurant staff treats and serves guests very well.

Orchid restaurant in J p palace is a nice place to relax and for happy fooding.The staff, especially the manager Nagendra Prasad and his team Manoj and chief chef Selva Kumar and all others are very affable and polite.Its our favourite place to relax and spend some quality time with ourselves.

For a disc price the servise is at par.But way below par propoerty for ITC chain, be it hotel security, covid sanitization, room mattress, etc..

I stayed in this hotel on 10th July 21 with my family. Extremely pathetic hospitality. No one to welcome you to the hotel. Carry your own luggage to your room, with a reason due to covid no one will help to carry luggage. Completely understaffed. I asked for water. Bottles in room and it came to us after 4 hours. Whole night AC of my room was not working properly. Neither they could fix it nor provide us alternative room. The only good part about the stay was, morning breakfast was good. It is a 4 star hotel but even premium oyo rooms are better than this. Overall a bad stay experience.

Ok we gone for buffet this is 5 th time but earlier it was far better so many things were missing and taste is also missing ambience was always good very neet and clean..

Rooms are clean and comfortable. Food is very tasty. Room service is good. Breakfast and dinner buffet spread is good. It is well maintained, good to stay with family and friends. It is well located in Mysore, all tourist attractions are not far.

Stay was all fine and pleasant. No hassles in finding this place. Food was good too. I have tried lunch and breakfast. If you are staying here, I would recommend you to have your meals here itself instead looking for options elsewhere. I am sure you will not regret.

Dont get fall for the five star rating of the hotel. I would say its a budget star hotel. Because the facility is good. Rooms are spacious. But few room floors are not maintained or are damaged. But overall experience is very good.

High tech n overstuffed food.

Fantastic and spacious rooms. Staff is highly polite and courteous l. The best is buffet breakfast,you can have the best South Indian dosa and idly here along with filter coffee. Very strategically located having all tourist attractions just in few minutes vicinity.

A palace turned hotel look. This place have my heart! I have been staying at this place since 2013 and still my favourite in Mysore.

Stay was pleasant. Room was spacious, comfortable, clean. Linen were clean. Bed very comfortable. TV had almost every channel you need. Plenty of plug points for my devices. Room service was quick and good.Breakfast spread had a lot of items and was delicious.

What could I say? Well the 4 stars are for great view and wonderful staff. Hotel in itself was not that great. Not of the quality of other fortune or itc hotels. Furniture is old and breaking, bathroom fittings not so great, no amenities. But a good place to crash? Yes.

Too good hotel flexible with customer requirements and designed for indian guests. All you can thought were available in the room which I was staying. Keep the name flying high

The hotel is well located and scores high on cleanliness, food and staff behavior. The parking arrangements are neat and they have a great restaurant. All covid measures are stringently enforced. Everything.

It was awsome, their service really satified me and ofcourse they very humble and helping. the breakfast buffet was foodful and the foods were really yummy.

We booked this place based on a visit here years ago. Unfortunately it does not quite bask in the same glory as it did during the yester years. We stayed there only for a night and were given a complementary upgrade to a club room. While the room over all was nice and spacious, it sure needs some renovations. There are a few cracks on the walls that are very distinct and Im surprised that hasnt been taken care of during the lockdown.Coming the the food, this again would be a 3 / 5. We had ordered room service for the night. The pasta in white sauce chicken was decent at best and just about edible. The club Sandwich clearly needs improvement too.

Stayed here post covid and the rates at which I booked the rooms here was a steal. Very affordable and the front desk manager was very generous to give us a upgrade for 6 rooms. We stayed in the club rooms here and the room size is pretty BIG. The in room service and other hospitality is upto the mark that youd expect. Food is expensive here so be sure to double check when ordering anything. The breakfast spread is amazing with live counters on offer. Overall a good experience for a very small amount of money spent.

We stayed here only for a night, and it was a pleasant experience. The hotel is located away from the hustle and bustle of the city roads ( or was the silence due to the Pandemic?). An efficient valet parking and very cordial staff made our stay memorable. The buffet spread and breakfast were good with plenty of options. Special thanks to Mr. Vinayak Rao of Orchid who took time for pleasantries. Hopefully every visit would be like this and good memories will remain :)

I visited the restaurant here called Orchid. The staff was courteous and polite. They had very limited food items on their a la carte menu. We tried the spaghetti alfredo which was okay. We also tried the fried cheeseballs which was mediocre. In the drinks we ordered the lemon and peach ice tea. The peach ice tea was way too sweet. I think the buffet here would be a better bet.

Great service and serene environment

The ambience is good , the food was fine .But as i had visited the hotel in a old and a small car , the valet attendant refused to park my car and showed me the way to the car parking and told me to park it myself . And he parked the other cars which came after mine . This was a cheapest behavior from a staff of a 3 star hotel.Please reply with a proper justification.

Recent visit to Fortune JP Palace Mysore was on of the best trip in this pandemic era. Hotel is very clean , hygienic and entire team up there is following protocol and standard to be safe from COVID for themselves and for the guests too. Nice food and ambiance.. Decently done rooms and service. But the rooms were a bit too cramped up with strangely designed prefixed furniture, the only moveable furniture were the chairs for the little desk in the room, and a few amenities were a miss for the prices we paid.

The room was just okay. Tiny and old bathroom and the view was the petrol station from our room. The hotel did not feel like a five star one. We were given a non smoking room surrounded by smoking rooms and we couldnt step out. The buffet breakfast was the only good thing here.
