This place is a nice place for purchasing. If you purchase bulk household items for a month or two, this is a nice place to go to.You get all household items at one place. You can buy it if you need any particular item, you can also ask the staff who are very helpful. It is a very busy place on the weekends. If you plan to ship during the weekdays, you will find less of a crowd here. Afternoons is a lull period, so if possible thats the best time to visit this supermarket. It was a good experience for me.If you plan to visit along with family and children, this is a good place to go to. Children will find all the different colours and shapes and sizes interesting.

You can buy your daily products in this place under one roof, but there will no discount just like in More or Easy day.

You get most of the items. During the lockdown days the place would be very crowded. Allowing people in queue was only an eyewash for cops standing out. No regard for any social distancing. Anyways, while you would get most items, so not expect any discount the way you would have in Big Bazaar or any other standard department store. Things are sold at MRP only. In first floor where they sell fancy items or vessels - beware - most of these are overpriced and sold at a premium. You will get same quality at better price in other places or online. Overall, if you are aged and want one stop to buy usual items and need home delivery - this is an ok place to go. Lastly, they dont have specific parking. You need to park outside and depending on the crowd, it could be annoying to carry items all the way to your car if you dont get a parking slot.

Well organised place with sufficient number of staff. Different home needs - all available in the same space. Groceries like pulses, sugar, dry fruits are available in pre-packed different quantities (convenient). Staff are polite and helpful in locating things. Wobbly and noisy push-carts have been replaced with smooth ones. One of the few stores that stock Amul chocolates!A little more space to avoid crowding at the cash counters would have been nice.

I’ve had the worst experience today. I’ve been visiting here since 2015 and so far hadn’t faced any issues with the service. However, today when I went to buy a foundation the Staff there were least bothered to attend or to answer my query. Instead I overheard them talking that I’m not there to buy. Before buying any cosmetic everyone does check about it first.. and compare with the other brands available. I think you should train your staff better. And from now on I would never wanna visit such place in my life. I would also pass on this message to my friends and family to not visit to your store. WORST EXPERIENCE AND THE WORST STAFF..

Its a very good super market where you can buy almost all the required kitchen needs and more. Groceries, decor items, utensils, vegetables, fruits, few imported vegetables and fruits. They also have a pretty good bakery and most of their baked items are pretty popular in Mysore.

Worst place with no security and no cameras outside covering the parking area. My helmet was attached to my scooty yet stolen. The management is taking no responsibility when complaining. I would never recommend this place. Even the flower vendor are saying its happening very often yet no action by the management.

Also it has big chicken, where veg dishes are good as well as non veg dishes are tasty but there is always a smell, so if your nose is hyperactive, then you should avoid going big chicken. I had purchased bakery items worth Rs.330/- . First they tried to force fit all the items in one glousy paper cover. Later with a heavy heart they decided put the items in 2 covers and denied to provide a paper bag inspite of speaking their manager who was so ignorant and busy with his mobile call. Dolphin and flavours which are much smaller compared to loyal world are extremely good when it comes to customer service as they provide paper bags to keep the purchased items. This way they advertise themselves and gain customer confidence. It was a very embarassing situation and disgusting too......request thhe concerned to take required action
