I am so disappointed with especially with dealership and customer Service team. There is lack of coordination between employees and they doesnt explain terms and conditions. Every time when go for service they force fully take 5 star rating, before checking even they wont give us feedback form to fill they just tell sign here later they will fill the feedback form.

Experience is really good. As a first time buyer, I was really happy with how the executive explained me all the features which is best fit for me. Special mention to avith who helped me in choosing my first car.

From purchase to service bad experience. The technical team doesnt have either the knowledge or experience. In my opinion customers are fooled. They dont bother even to check underframe components for slackness or damages during service unless it is demanded by customers. If we trust them and use the vehicle on road our own as well as public safety is at risk. They are concerned more on wooing customer with a cup of tea or water bottle but not on giving a good service or repairs to vehicle. Only God can save...not worth one star also but here again I am forced to give. ...atl least one

I taken a new creta by Nov 2020 very worst response by team leader Madhu and he did not explain Evan single features of the car and I booked thz car fram past 6months only then also he dragged me simply fr no stok and all. Even after delivery vechile he miss guide me fr RTO reg and also fr fastag and all very worst. They only taking the ratings from customers very poor response. Better to go for Blue Hyundai in Mysore

Hopeless sales team. They will trap you and block certain amount giving multiple reasons. For which we need to keep begging in front of them.Be very very very very careful while interacting with these guys, and better record the conversations and if possible take everything in writing.
