A very worst service. Staff behaviour is not at all good. In other shell fuel bunks staffs are too good but here very very worst. A proper training should be arranged for them. Because of your staff behaviour so many guys are not coming to fuel their vehicles.

Good service and store, but toilet was a temporary one. After a long ride I took a break here as my preferred fuel is shell. The store in the pump is good and serves coffee. The temporary toilet needs to be changed to a permanent one

This Shell petrol pump seems to be quite a nice place! The staff seem to be quite well organised and polite! The Shell select seems to be working quite well and the person with the shopping cart comes right up to your car asking you what you might need.Nice to find a shell right in the middle of town in Mysore I hope they keep up the good work.

Worst service, very slow service, they dont have proper guideline i think or the manager there is not proper I think. shell have introduced shell go+ for the customers, in this shell petrol bunk the workers dont know how it works and also they have not given proper training to them. Very good petrol pump with good service. Fuel here is better and mileage of vehicle increased slightly. They also change oil at free service cost. The air filling unit doesnt have anyone to fill air. Seperate section for power fuel.There is also small shop for snacks and cool drinks.

Im unsure of fuel quality in this station, when i use hunsur fuel station my vehicle has a good milage, and also the pressure pump psi it varies a lot ,it ends up giving a bumpy ride everytime pressure is checked.
