I got it serviced my Honda Dio on 08/10/2021. By the time i handing over my dio itself i felt bad. Because that one staff was quite arrogant while informing me about not using external spares cuz i had my own gear box oil! They called me about spares changing and did communicated well and billing went smooth even though i lost my document. Then i received my vehicle and took it to test drive, i felt good but for the cost wise it should be better than what they have done! And the Manager should think about stop taxing people for the work which has not been done Covid hygiene taxes!

Delivered the bike with brake failed condition.I hit the bike to nearby tent just aftr they handed over the bike.. again I asked the service person, he replied, the brake cable is out of stock so I left it undone. Thankfully I have not entered the bike into the road. if so, I would have hit any vehicle and dont know what worst would have happen.. completely disappointed by this service. few of my colleagues warned me about their service before giving it to them. Now I experienced their words. luckyly one of staff realized the scenario and made some patch work to settle down this issue. rest of the staff were recklessly responded...IT IS A COMPLETE DISAPPOINTMENT.

The best technician available here. They attend all problems. Sometimes feel they try to sell unnecessary items in the name of replacement.

We went to see the Honda CB 150R bike, but the executives replied that they dont have bike models with cc greater than 250.. and they sticked to sell Honda highness model. First of all they dont know the specifications of the bike models which they are selling in their showroom. Executives should be proper training...

The worst showroom I have seen in mysore city, Sales people careless about customers, too much arrogant, no body responds properly. They wont give any kind of support and details. Too much attitude sales persons. Change the behavior of the sales team. I will never buy this stupid honda bikes because of this behavior.

Simply bills amount and tell it will come after few days.Only money minded and no proper communication about vehicle fittings and refund amount. Everything has to be followed up several times. No staff to attend when you wanna get your vehicle serviced, they do not want to invest on staff but the revenue should increase. This is greed. I even get service from TVS, theyre amazing.
