Worst experience... irresponsible staff...and drivers.... booked gas on saturday, they except us to call the delivery guy and take the delivery...dint get gas for about 5 days.... not even apologetic for their mistake....worst service

One of the Worst Service ever, Don’t even think of Taking your connection here. . Such a arrogant staff, Who will be sitting simply still refuse to don your work giving some silly reasons all the time. .

Worst service, ladies there behave as they r the owners of the agency & treat customers as their servants. . Hope someone looks into it & get their behavior in track or This agency should be closed for their worst Service.

Their office side people are having worst behaviour.They are not properly listening the issues and not much serious.Once I went with an issue regarding fire happens when I was checking cylinder leakage while connecting new cylinder. Usually as per their deliver boy instructions used a match box to check any leakage near regulator. The cylinder which i have got was delivered beginning of the month.Suddently it got fired somehow i have stopped regulator and disconnected It was around almost 1pm.I rushed to their office for the help .We doesnt have any other options to prepare our lunch.It was completely stopped because of cylinder issue.They have told their representative working in our area he is on leave ,So other fellow from another area have to send he will come after lunch .This is their behavior.If anything happens me or my family what will happen.They are not bother about peoples life..Its purely mistake by cylinder what I have got .Second time again went around 3 pm.Finally they had come after 3 pm changed the o ring inside cylinder and it got worked. Quality control of cylinder check-in and all is worst thats why these types of issue we are facing.A small mistake may cause serious issue.Those thing people should understand whoever sitting in their office .

People need to learn how to behave politely

We had not received the cylinder. After posting in feed back , the agency responded and delivered cylinder. We thank for their immediate response and expect the same in future.

Very bad...Staff were too good that they will not pick the phone call and speak they say they will come today..But will not come... Atleast we have to wait for 10 days from booking to get the new cylinder..If they dont have the stock atleast these people should inform and ask us to wait they neither inform nor respond.. Irritated with this service...

Please dont take connection from here. it is the worst service provider. Neither they deliver quickly neither they respond.
