Good company to work

I have attended the interview here and I got selected on the month of March 2020 they asked me join when they call me so I waited for the call finally I came to know that wfh is assigned in this company and no more recruiter is hiring at that time. So I waited and again I tried called to the recruiting HR regarding the joining. My fate,on that time again asked me to attend the telephonic interview again so again I cleared all the levels and in final round they kept me for a hold for next 10 daysits understood I got rejected on August month.Again I tried attending the interview today that too I have visited the office floor for 5 days daily just to schedule an interviewToday I got schedule for interview they dint took aptitude test in the floor and they are not ready to off that test in the written way or in the system they just asked my email to send the aptitude test so I just disclosed my email address for the aptitude my fate I didnt received the mail and I came to know from the HR that I got rejected and that data is what I have taken in August month.They could have gave me chance to attend the interview but the recruiter refused and very rude at me and said we putting hat on them in front of all the candidates, I dont know why the recruiter team is really refusing all the candidates for the interview process

Hi All,This is to inform you that, today was my induction process, as the company HR so called RASHMI SHARMAinformed all the candidates to sign the agreement clearly states that for 18 months if the employee is not serving 18 months they have to pay a penalty of Rs 1,00,000, even though if you serve your notice period within 18 months. i asked her that i was not OK with the agreement , instead of responding to the issue or justifying the issue, straight away said that IF YOU ARE NOT OK WITH THE AGREEMENT YOU CAN WALK OUT OF THE COMPANY, WHEN OTHERS ARE SIGNING THE DOCUMENTS, WHY CANT YOU, so i said it doesnt mean every one does even i have to , i was expecting a justification for the concerned , any way i need job taught i will sign the agreement, but all of a sudden in a threatening way she said ANY WAY GOING FORWARD I WILL BE YOUR HR AND SHE JUST WALKS OUT OF THE HALL. I decided not to sign the agreement and i said i dont want to continue any more with this company. at the time of leaving she says that we need to pay Rs 430/- as we have wasted the time investing on the paper and no receipts nor acknowledgment received for paying Rs 430/.

I worked hear but very worst experience worst manager Sanjay and every time partiality Sanjay is tamil speaking person so he will support only to Tamil speaking person very parciality worst management hr will not ask anything about employees and their is no proper time shedule 1 week they will say come to 5:30 shift and later they will say come to 7 o clock shift language discrimination please dont join this company they will appoint you and make an agreement if u leave before 18 months u need to pay 1 lakhs . They will threaten you and make you leave and ask 1lakhs please dont join
